Scheduled my appointment for June 13, 2024, on my day off from work. Scheduled at the beginning of the week, got confirmation email with time and date, and when about to leave, checked confirmation email again to double check time and saw that there was a cancellation confirmation for my repair. I never cancelled it and when tried to call the store, they said they were closed. The hours for their business state on their website they are open 9am-5pm. Very disappointed is the sudden closure on my one day off, which I get few. Really wish they were open on weekends.

I brought my computer because it kept sshutting down randomly. They said it would take 4 to 5 business days for the disgnostic only. 5 business days later I called and they hadn't even touched it yet. The next day I called again and they said they couldn't detect the problem, so I just picked it up that day( june 7, 2024). I paid 127 dollars for nothing - my computer is still shutting down randomly.
Just mail it to apple instead!!! It's probably faster and cheaper.

I gave my laptop to them and 2 weeks later they had “fixed it”. It was finals week. It is now broken again and not turning on 3 days later. Do not get service done here for Apple products. If you’re a college student, mail it to Apple or wait until you get home. Not worth it whatsoever to give it to them.

Very helpful. They were able to get me what I was looking for. Thankfully all my data has been restored with their helpful. Only one thing, their charges I feel are a bit on high end. Otherwise, the best computer place in State College. Would definitely go back to them.

10/10 service!My laptop suffered water damage so I brought it to P2P and they quickly diagnosed the issue of a damaged motherboard. Dan very clearly explained the situation to me and walked me through my options. Once the motherboard was replaced, I came across other teething issues, so I brought my laptop back to P2P and Dan was happy to help me (free of charge).Highly recommend this service!

They helped me diagnose a charger issue for my laptop for free, then let me hang in their lobby while I charged my laptop! Super helpful and kind.

P2P Computer Solutions was so helpful! I spilled sugar on my laptop and called them asking what to do. Dan answered and said that I could drop by and he could blow air through it to remove the sugar. So, I immediately brought my laptop there and Dan helped. I only waited 10 minutes and Dan had removed all the sugar! They did not charge me at all either. Great customer service :)

The folks there are nice, they try their best to help you. The process might take time but will end well. Make sure to make an appointment before you go though, or make sure that they take walk-ins for your case.
