I am usually satisfied when I go into this store, but one day, I went in looking for craft paint, and I asked an associate for help. She directed me to the young man sitting at a table sitting in the front of the store, talking to another associate. The woman said he is better equipped to help you. Well, instead of getting up and showing me where it is, he is giving me all kinds of directions where to go. I picked 2 kinds of paint and had to go back to the front of the store to ask, which was better. By the way, he was still sitting talking. I thought the objective was to help customers. Here is another scenario. I went in a few days later looking for picture stands, and the young lady I asked took me right to them. That's how all your associates should treat customers. She was so sweet, and he was so rude because he would not stop talking and get up and help me. That could cause you to lose customers.

Everyone is fabulous to work with and all are very help you they go out of there way to help you find exactly what you need for your kid you are working on.

Stephanie, the manager in the framing department, helped my mother and I handle a bit of a framing disaster that was the result of a previous employee's lack of care. Stephanie was very professional and kind in remedying the situation and improving the work. We're extremely pleased with the results. Josh in the framing department was also very helpful. We appreciate what they did for us!

Clean store, friendly staff. Custom Framing clerks are knowledgeable and work is high quality. Sales and coupons are fantastic!

This store is okay--it's the only craft store on this side of town. They have a coupon in each Sunday's paper for 40% one item. Their prices tend to be a bit high (compared to other stores and the internet), but if you use this coupon most things are a deal.

This Michaels is located in the shopping center along with other stores. I have only gone into this Michaels about three times but each time, I've had an enjoyable experience. The customer service is great here-friendly employees, helpful, and cheerful. The store is also kept clean and well-organized. Only con is that because the store changes its' layout a lot, sometimes it's hard to find certain items because they can be in several different locations and/or the employee has a hard time finding the item also because of the layout change. Otherwise, it's one of the better Michaels stores that I've been to
