Jim was wonderfully patient and kind to us. Soft spoken, and no where pushy; He also helped us find the best mattress within our budget without having to sacrifice comfort. Jim was also well versed and informative and th kind of guy you don’t mind being a salesman!

Betty was amazing!!!!! We walked in wanting to purchase a new mattress but was not sure of what kind we wanted. Betty took her time explaining several different brands. We needed 3 queen sized mattresses and they helped us choose the right mattress for each one, and all were different. Options for adjustable and flat platforms were discussed, including a suggestion for a low profile box spring so the bed wouldn't be too high, since that mattress was going to sit on a chest of drawers platform, and that was really helpful. Delivery was arranged within a few days. Shopping with them was a good experience.

Just bought my new Temper-pedic Adept Hybrid mattress and Pro-Smart Base from Jim at Mattress Warehouse. From the moment I walked in Jim was kind, patient, and willing to let me hop from bed to bed explaining the features of each until I found my favorites. To put it simply he was awesome! ?
