Darleen was amazing. The self check out had malfunction and did a reset middle of payment. Darleen patiently called IT and tried her best to resolve the issue as possible. She had been transferred three times with IT each time taking the moments to explain the issue we were having. Ultimately resolving the problem she was very kind and did best she could as it was busy in the morning. Thank you Darleen!

No staff around electrical when needed, a civilian helped me, then to paint waited for 15 mins no one bothered to come til after we left area. NOT CUSTOMER SERVICE FRIENDLY

Customer services had declined dramatically. After 30 years of shopping there, we have had no choice except to switch to Home Depot. No one at Lowe's stores to wait on you, and no one who answers the phone. Used to love Lowe's, but can no longer tolerate the frustration of trying to deal with them!

I read a business article today about Lowes sales being down. The one reason that WAS NOT MENTIONED is their conversion to self check out only. Despite their stock of many items I use, I will not shop there and have not for over a year now.

Could not find a associate to help on the floor for 25 mins then when I did was told not my area and they walked away it was a question about the item location not anything technical very upset don't know why anyone would shop here

Customer service at Lowe's has really went downhill in The last 5 years. I was looking for a replacement bulb for refrigerator. I asked an employee and he just pointed . I went across the street to the home Depot.
