The staff is extremely accommodating and helpful. With an online order they helped me when items were taking longer to arrive from their manufacturer than expected and helped redirect other items I had ordered to different addresses to help get the items get to me in time for the holidays.

We have purchased several Penn State clothes at the Lion & Club store. They have pretty good prices and a few name brand PSU clothing lines that include Champion and Under Armor. They also have event themed shirts that we didn’t see anywhere else that include the green “State” Paddy’s day shirts, sweatshirts and hoodies. This store is small, but, has lots to offer! The staff is also very friendly and willing to help.

I left you an email you charged me 5 times for 1 item with an online order. You can either refund it tomorrow, or my bank will get the money back and you can deal with 4 charge back fees my suggestion would be to call me. I emailed your customer service all the information.

Received the wrong size Rose Bowl shirt but they called and explained it was due to a fulfillment center error and sent me out the correct size with 2nd day air shipping. They were very nice about the situation and provided a quick solution and that’s all you can ask for. Very appreciative of the response and action to resolve

Oh my, there is so many options here, it can be overwhelming. So many PSU options for clothing & other things like hats, stickers, bags, etc. They are super friendly & helpful. In case you can't find something or the size you need, they will search elsewhere for it. They have decent prices so that's always a plus. I was so glad to find a white cotton hat for a good price. So yeah check it out, you won't be disappointed.

There is zero urgency to fix mistakes that they themselves made. Two months later and I’m still waiting for 1)a refund on an item I ordered that they charged me for and never sent, and 2)the correct size to be sent after they sent the wrong one. Football season is almost over.

I was shopping in this store for items for a charity basket when the owner asked which charity. When I said it was for Ovarian Cancer he immediately told the cashier to take a percentage off my entire purchase! The spontaneous reaction and generosity of the owner made a huge impression. Should I ever need any more Penn State gear, I will exclusively shop here!

Wow!Great experience. I called to see if they could meet my deadline, as it was a large order for work. They assured me they could as long as everything I ordered was in stock.Within 1 business day, I received the order! Everything came intact, and nicely packaged. I will definitely order again!

I've applied years ago for a stock-man and cashier position (at a sister store) and was not selected. I've applied recently to fulfill their E-Commerce Manager position and was not selected. I've been in management and supervisory positions since 2006. I've done everything from Non-profit to retail; to security and Front of House Management. I've been a leader while in the U.S. Army and out of it.I just recently finished my Bachelor's of Science degree at The Pennsylvania State University.I just don't understand why I wasn't selected, because I believe my credentials to be more than fulfilling of the role.What does it take to get hired by this company and others?
