“I needed a kitchen cleaver/butcher's knife on short notice and couldn't find anywhere else in town that had one in stock. I finally called Kitchen Kaboodle. The staff working there was able to identify that they did have a cleaver in stock and available to purchase. I made the short walk over to the store and purchased the knife. The staff working there are wonderful. This is a 5* business.”

The folks at Crescent weren’t familiar with it (it’s old and obscure) got on the phone with Moen through their Pro line (consumer line had a days long wait to talk to someone) and got a replacement ordered for me within 10 minutes and that was my first time interacting with them.
