Lara has helped me buy two homes and sell one! I almost bought a business and used her for that as well. There are no words to express truly how wonderful her and her team are. Lisa Schroeder is the best real estate decision I’ve made. I was fortunate enough to have chosen her to help me buy a house. Then 15 years later I was wise enough to have chosen her to help me sell it. Her experience in the real estate field safely guided me because this is not what I do for a living. Her boundless energy got stuff done quickly, because I have a full time job that isn’t real estate. Her patience allowed me to understand the details and fine print in the ambiguous real estate law. And she did all of this when the all of the rules were in flux at the height of a global pandemic. But on top of her experience, expertise, energy and patience; Lisa’s just a wonderful lady. She makes a good experience of every transaction in the process, because she’s someone you’d feel good talking to. We bought a house through these folks about 9 years ago. It was never disclosed to us that the basement floods EVERYTIME it rains. This has been a constant hassle since we bought the house. We are now in the market for a new home and will not be using this realtor, not any property they have anything to do with. Stear clear from these liars.
