I got a lot of clothes tonight for two of my kiddos at a great price. They tried on a lot and I brought a huge pile of clothes that didn’t work to the front counter and felt a bit embarrassed about how many clothes they would have to re-hang. The woman kindly reassured me it was not a problem. I really appreciated that.

This was by far the worst kid to kid I've been to. The prices are RIDICULOUS. You can buy new at the same price. Usually I let my kiddos pick out a toy while I shop at other kid to kid stores. I spent $40 on 3 USED toys. It was outrageous. The clothes are ridiculously over priced and they gave me less than a dollar for each item they bought from me. I have no idea how I sold them 80 nice shape items and they gave me $73, yet all their clothes are priced in the $10 range. Literally $12 for a used 0-3 month sleeper. It was awful. I'll stick to the one in Pittsburgh from now on! I have been to many other kid to kid stores and I can definitely say this one was the absolute worst of them all. Very disappointing.

Great place for gently used and extremely well priced toys, children’s clothes and accessories. The staff is extremely kid friendly! They engaged so kindly with my three tinies and even let my 5mo old try out the bouncers till she found one she liked!

Absolutely ridiculous experience tonight. Took in a basket of clothes to sell, my son was told 15-30 minutes he said as a person was ahead of us with a large amount to sell. Waited almost an hour and asked what was going on, then was told it would be another half hour to 45 minutes after waiting an hour already. At this point our clothes had already been went through, so not sure what the deal was. But seriously 6pm to 7:45pm just to get $22.....and no one bothered to say it would take longer. Absolutely not happy and probably will not return to this location ever again to buy or sell! I got the excuse that the girl was only 16 and didn't know what she was doing. That's not my problem and should not be waiting that long. Hopefully you guys actually read this and maybe care.... because this was not ok!!!!!

There are several things making one’s experience at this Kid to Kid unpleasant. They do not price well. I mean, you can get new items at the places like Old Navy, Gap etc for cheaper on sale than the same used items at kid to kid.
There is no consistency with accepting items from families. At times, they would accept my stuff and at times they would not, giving you some ridiculous reason. Once I was told the clothes are not the right style for them. Meanwhile, lots of their stuff is quite old and used.
Most of all, the whole experience of being there is not a happy one. The person I was interacting with today was just arogant acting as if it was some kind of high end store. I left the store not wanting to come back ever.

I had the best experience today at Kid to Kid. I was able to get some maternity clothes for a fraction of the cost of going to Target or another store. They had a pretty good selection too. While I was there I also bought bottles, a Harry Potter toy castle, sound canceling headphones for kids 3+, and so much more. I was 100% satisfied with my visit.
