They charged $275 to tow my car literally across the street. They are unethical scam artists and frankly just rude meanie heads. Avoid at all costs or you’re ugly!Response to the owner: Aren’t you both owned by Bradley Karch? Aren’t you at the same address? Seems like the same scummy business to me :D

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. The people from this place are the rudest I have ever seen. They gave me a wrong parking ticket and when I went to dispute it they wouldn’t even listen to me. They literally said “i don’t care you’re paying for it”. You should be ashamed that you make your money by exploiting broke college students. The worse part is that they were so rude for no reason. I really wouldn’t take my car there if I were you as I am sure you will not be met with basic courtesy.

My PSU student took his older car to be inspected and was given an estimate of $3,100+ We brought the car to our local, trusted mechanic and the car only needed about $350 worth of work and we were told the majority of items on their list were complete bogus! Stay away - completely untrustworthy!!!

My car got towed twice by accident! The first time they apologized and promised it would not happen again. The second time we tried to have a civil conversation but then this employee comes in and she starts screaming and threatening to call the police! After she called the police, she ran away because there was nothing illegal or unreasonable about us trying to understand why our car got towed twice despite them admitting it was a mistake and promising it wouldn’t happen again the first time! WALKS TOWING STOP TAKING ADVANTAGE OF POOR COLLEGE STUDENTS!

I'm knocking a couple stars off from my previous review for a few reasons. Service is still good and prices are fair but I'm pretty frustrated at some of the chaos they could have helped prevent in my life! We had a big move ahead of us and I was trying to get preparations in order, including getting a hitch installed to our SUV so that we could pull a trailer for the move. I called and asked for a quote and they gave me one with or without parts in case I wanted to supply the hitch myself. I appreciated that and decided to order a hitch separately to save a little money. When I took it in for my appointment (baby with me waiting the entire time) everything went fine and I was out of there in a little over an hour. Flash forward a few days to when it's time for my husband to pick up the Uhaul trailer... they say we can't actually pick it up because we didn't have any of the necessary electrical wiring to hook up the trailer lights for brakes/hazards. Duh! Why didn't I think of that? Maybe because I'm a new mom with a baby and a big move and a lot going on. More importantly, why didn't anyone at Karch think to even ask about wiring? Who tows a trailer without hooking it up to electrical so you can use brake lights? I think I expected an establishment like theirs to be a little more helpful and at least mention it as a "hey, will you want any wiring for that?". After all, they do that with nearly every other service they provide. Pretty disappointed but the move has now been completed (after my husband had to drive over an hour one way to another place to get same day wiring done) and I am looking forward to finding a new auto shop to use instead of Karch.

I was a customer for over four years until my recent move. Overall, my experience was positive. Occasionally, there were issues such as incorrect installations, incomplete repairs, or accidental damage to certain parts. However, they always rectified these issues free of charge since I used OEM parts. If your car is second hand and you plan to sell it in the future, I recommend this place.

My vehicle was towed to this auto repair shop after a collision, but they kept my car for 6 months, giving me periodic excuses about being short-staffed and not ordering the right parts. My car was sent there in December, and I received it in June. I am not familiar with how long this process takes, but 6 months sounds like enough time to build a whole new car, speak less of fix one. I purchased the car for 11k but I was charged $12k (limited insurance) at the end of the 6 month wait.Service: Vehicle Inspection

Do not use this business! Look them up in the better business bureau. The owner, Brad Karch, has multiple business aliases including walk’s towing which acts as an enforcement of the law of state college.

Took a work/company vehicle here for Auto Body repairs due to a small accident— nothing but great things to say! After replacing my clutch and many other parts I was unable to get my clutch bled out properly. I called Karch auto and they got my truck in the shop in 3 days time and it was working 100% again when they called me to pick it up. Super nice and friendly staff who took the time to get my truck back on the road. I highly recommend giving them a call next time you need work done!Service: General repairs & maintenance
