Too bad I can't take my "beamer" to Europe! Thank you all, but Mark in particular for having suggested a trickle charge battery to keep my car's battery not too sad to see my going away for two months...

The repair work was excellent and exceeded my expectations, performing tasks that I hadn't asked for without charging me more than the original estimate they gave me for the work I had requested. Also everyone I spoke with either on the phone or at the dealership were very friendly and professional. I'm so glad I brought my Highlander in for them to work on.

I've been thinking about how to summarize my relationship with Joel Confer BMW over the past 37 years, and believe the best way to do this is to simply say I'm picking up my seventeenth BMW from them last October. I would not have done this had they not been professional and fair in all ways.
Joel Confer’s service department has been used exclusively for these vehicles, and others of mine as well. Not once have I felt as if I did not get treated fairly.
I have recommended Joel Confer BMW to many friends over the years, and will continue to do so.

I called Allen yesterday to verify they had a particular vehicle in stock. An hour later my wife and I arrived at the dealership. Allen, Sales Manager, had the vehicle out front and ready then had Stephen, Sales Associate, take over. We went for a test drive and Stephen explained all the details of the vehicle. When we got back, Stephen prepared our offer and facilitated the entire sale. Exceptional job Stephen - Semper Fi my brother. After we reached the deal, we handled all the paperwork with the best finance individual we’ve ever dealt with, Mr T Woodring. After that, Mr Confer came over and thanked us for the business. We appreciate how professional all staff was at this dealership. No high pressure tactics, no markups, and no over priced service packages. Just a great deal from great people. We highly recommend you purchase your vehicles from them.

Worst customer service. Tried calling multiple days but can never get through. When I finally do the reception says the phones haven’t been working. And the hours do not match what it says online. She sends me to the service to schedule and the girl that answers seems like she’ll be helpful and says she will look to squeeze me in after I explain my situation. She puts me on hold and I wait for about 10 minutes for another guy to answer. He starts from the beginning and I try explaining I’m waiting for someone who was already looking for me and he just says no you can schedule in July and I lm trying to explain but he had just a you’re problem not mine attitude and would not even let me talk to the original woman helping me.

The only reason I am giving a lower rating is bc after purchasing a $40k vehicle, I would expect them to at least vacuum the floors when I take it for a routine service or inspection. Every other dealer I have dealt with has always done this, plus a free car wash!
