“Love the bed but I just would expect the underbed lighting on a $9000 bed to last longer than 18 months. I called to see how it would be handled and after a year of it working off-and-on, the phone voice wanted me to turn it off and on for her test. Since it decided to work, she wants me to give it a couple more days and call back. If it by-chance fails her test, then they would replace it. I already waited 45 minutes to get a person to talk to. I went outside and weeded my flowerbed while waiting: thats how long the wait time was. I was not happy and told her so. I then BOUGHT a new underbed unit. I already overpaid for the bed. Shouldnt replacement units be covered??”

“I can't believe there would be a bad review on this store, it is a great store! So much to choose from and great prices! The staff is always eager to help you find something if you can't find what you're looking for, just ask, friendly local people! Be prepared for a shopping adventure, unique gifts, pretty dishes, fun home furnishing, yummy (gift/entertaining) foods and festive standout holiday decoration. When I go there, I always see staff straightening up and replenishing shelves and they are quick to answer a call if more registers need to be opened. Good prices, great selection! This is definitely one of my State College happy stores!”

In addition, the service is great and the store in Orangeburg NY is well-laid out and convenient. I would recommend Lowes all the time over their competitors. Lowes has great employees who value their association with Lowes.”

“Home Depot and Lowes are across the street from each other but what sets the two apart is the level of customer service. On many occasions, I have price shopped while deciding on large projects and will visit both stores to compare. At Home Depot, my wait time is usually 10 minutes before someone arrives to assist. At Lowes, if I do have to wait, it is because someone is already assisting another customer but has acknowledged my need and asked if I would like them to call for immediate assistance (I usually opt to wait, it's a tool store, I can hang out for a few minutes). For this reason alone, I choose Lowes for all my home project needs unless they are out of stock.”
