“One of the few non-food or bar related businesses downtown that has been there for 10+ years and is still thriving. Anytime I go here there is almost always a line at the checkout. They have lots of cool stuff here. It's a great place to get unique gifts. Urban also has a cool atmosphere and I like how everything is very spread out and it does not feel too cluttered and cramped.
Pro tip: if you shop here a lot, make an UO account and get the app. You can earn rewards, check out new arrivals and get style inspo.”

In addition, the service is great and the store in Orangeburg NY is well-laid out and convenient. I would recommend Lowes all the time over their competitors. “Darleen was amazing. The self check out had malfunction and did a reset middle of payment. Darleen patiently called IT and tried her best to resolve the issue as possible. She had been transferred three times with IT each time taking the moments to explain the issue we were having. Ultimately resolving the problem she was very kind and did best she could as it was busy in the morning. Thank you Darleen!”

“I can't believe there would be a bad review on this store, it is a great store! So much to choose from and great prices! The staff is always eager to help you find something if you can't find what you're looking for, just ask, friendly local people! Be prepared for a shopping adventure, unique gifts, pretty dishes, fun home furnishing, yummy (gift/entertaining) foods and festive standout holiday decoration. When I go there, I always see staff straightening up and replenishing shelves and they are quick to answer a call if more registers need to be opened. Good prices, great selection! This is definitely one of my State College happy stores!”
