We waited for two hours outside their office in North Atherton street, and made 7-8 phones calls trying to get access. They gave me two access codes, and both were denied. We even tried emergency code, was also denied. In the phone, they told me their manager would be there soon to help me, but we waited another 40 minutes! worst experience ever!

Most unprofessional business. Had a place reserved since MAY and when we called they told us they were completely booked despite the fact they gave us a call a week ago asking if we still wanted it. We obviously said yes and there was no problem but now all the sudden they are booked?!? Completely unprofessional. And it left several college students who live out of state without a place to keep their stuff.
DONT GO HERE. They overcharge, never answer customers, change their rates without notice, and they are a ripoff. Much better alternatives around

Very secure and very convenient for us...but the $6 price increase for a tiny unit was obscene, so our nonprofit was forced to go elsewhere. (New facility is twice the size for literally half the price.)

While they sufficed for my needs at the time, I wouldn't go with Prime Storage in the future. DO NOT RECOMMEND! Could NEVER get a hold of them (for over 2+ months!) and would always end up getting transferred to the call center that wasn't ever able to help with billing issues since 'it was up to the location'. The increases in price given *short* notice were absurd. They made storing my belongings while being states away much more stressful than it needed to be since communicating with them was such a hassle. They would also say they called me back, yet I would have no missed calls or messages on my phone. After a while, I felt like the specific location recognized my number and just refused to deal with me but I would try calling on other friend's/family members' phones and they never seemed to want to communicate properly with customers. After recently removing my belongings and evacuating my unit, I realized they weren't even there during the hours they advertise as open! No wonder their service sucks...

Ripoff. I’m storing my stuff over the summer and decided to get the unit a couple months early to beat the crowd, but today I just got an email they’re raising from $109 to $139. Turns into like $165 after insurance and taxes. That’s almost an 28% increase. Should be illegal.
