We worked with Gemini for about 4 years with 3 different vehicles, in particular our VW Golf TDI. That vehicle is a money pit but Gemini did their best to minimize it. John always clearly explained what needed to be done, why, how much it would cost, and how he was going to try and save us money. 5/5 everytime. There are some folks here complaining that they aren't friendly. John isn't unfriendly, he's just a bit gruff. Get over it and let him do his job. Rita was friendly and easy to work with and they both always appreciated when we brought our dog around.

I had my BMW looked after. They did a great job. Had a check engine light on and they solved along with the led’s. Hopefully the check engine light does not shows up again in few weeks.
As far as service is concerned it’s excellent.

If you are a woman you are treated by receptionist that you are ignorant and know nothing about cars. I’ve taken my car there numerous times, workmanship is top notch. Won’t go back.

my car broke down a few days ago, and i ended up having it towed here. they put me in as an emergency even when they were fully booked (which i was very grateful for). the mechanic (im not sure who) can be kind of snappy on the phone, but in the end they get the job done. they repaired my car that wasn't accelerating, engine light on, as well as my engine half powering: i was able to drive over 100 miles home smoothly (and thankfully) after their repair. *THE COST IS NOT CHEAP AT ALL*, but if you want someone who knows about foreign cars (i have a mini cooper) , this is the place to go.

Although I didn't actually use their service, if their customer service is any reflection of their work I would be impressed if your car made it out of the shop. My grandmother called to inquire about a car that the owner surely could not afford, and it was apparently too difficult for him to rub his last two brain cells together and come up with a response. So instead he was incredibly rude and told her not to call back. Then hung up on her.If you enjoy being talked down to by someone with the IQ of a half baked potato and less than average customer support, bring your car here. You'd probably have better luck pushing your car off a cliff.
