Took my machine there to be fixed. They fixed the machine but left a ton of grease on it. I took it back to be cleaned and they said they cleaned the grease off but there’s still a ton of grease on my machine. While the machine is fixed I don’t feel it was worth it because my quilt has been ruined by the grease they said was cleaned off

Great service and shop for sewing supplies and vacuum repairs. I'm so glad to able to extend the life of my machines and support a unique local business! Vacuum runs like new again. If I ever need to buy a new vacuum I'll be going here too.

Dropped off my mother-in-law's Riccar vacuum cleaner at Altoona location. When it was fixed I mentioned I was going to be in State College the next day. Robert, the technician, was going to be in State College that day and so he brought it to their store there.Great service and brought a quality vacuum cleaner back to life at a reasonable price.

Staff is very kind and helpful. Purchased a reconditioned sewing machine and an overlock in May. Mr Frye actually sat down with me a month later to help with some issues I was still having (centaur ii bobbins are a bit esoteric). Definitely recommend this place, their service, and their care of reconditioned machines and customers.
