This place is a hidden gem! They have a great assortment of natives, annuals, perennials, houseplants, veggies, herbs, trees, bushes, shrubs, water plants and more! I've gotten some truly unique day lilies and tiger lilies here for my family. It's a pleasant place to pop in and visit -- I always love to see the fish pond and hear the frogs. Highly recommend!

What a gorgeous place!!! This is beyond a garden center. It's a magical plant grotto. Flowers, trees, veggies and fruit, shrubs, native plants, ponds with frogs. Tall trees keep it cool. Green house full of delights. Highly recommend a visit if you are remotely into gardening or even gardening adjacent.

Tucked away on the outskirts of State College, this little sanctuary is easy to miss but more than worth it to visit. Great selections for any size yard, all labeled and sectioned in a logical manner along the winding property. We especially loved all of the native plants! Got a good handful of plants for our shady front yard and was pleasantly surprised at the price.
Will 100% be returning in the near future to purchase native trees for our property. (Sidenote; we were absolutely tickled by the ponds and pleasantly surprised at the plant selections there.)

By far one of the greatest places ive ever shopped for plants. They have a great selection of native plants to PA, great options for unique fruits and berry plants. And the advice has never failed to be helpful. I recommend anyone looking for plants to try here first.

Fox Hill Gardens is definitely my go to place for my various photosynthetic, eukaryotic and multicellular organisms. Very nice selection of high quality plants. I like the selection of native plants. The staff is very helpful in assisting you finding the correct plant for your garden. Highly recommend.

Wonderful selection of plants and helpful staff (including the cutest little resident kitty!). The nursery is tucked into a peaceful and beautiful setting. They have many varieties of astilbe, more than I've seen anywhere else. Each plant variety is labeled with a detailed sign describing its characteristics, making it easier to choose among them. Looking forward to coming back here again!

Plant selection is fantastic! The plants and flowers are healthy, well cared for and cover a broad range of all sizes and different types.The only downside is that parking's kinda' cramped, especially when you're leaving (slots are here and there in the woods - - not in a paved area). And it's somewhat difficult to maneuver w/out backing into a bush or tree.

Amazing selection!! Decent prices, knowledgeable but sometimes snooty staff, scenic. Plant Options are set out in a kind of a garden pattern, rather than just being on tables. Terrible terrible terrible parking! Big potholes, very small space.

Fox Hill is unlike any other nursery I’ve ever been to. It is enchanting! They have probably thousands of varieties of trees, shrubs, perennials and annuals. It is layed out like a magic garden. Amazing! And the staff is so friendly and knowledgeable.
