I have been banking at this branch of FNB since 1996. Through all those years they have been reliable, accessible, helpful and friendly. The present manager, Matt Christopher, and assistant manager, Renea Eckley, make a superb, professional team. They have been proactive in seeking out financial products tailored to my personal circumstances, they have handled my transactions in an easy and stress-free manner, they are saving me money, and they have done all this in an open, personal, and trusting way. This branch of FNB is everything one would want in a local bank.

Horrible experience I haven't even got a chance to completely bank with them and they set me up an online account so I wouldn't have to pay for monthly statements. While I had gotten online to set my account up by filling out my personal info the app and website both stated It was an unauthorized login and eventually left me logged out of my account completely. That being said I have been on vacation just got back after about 2 weeks and they mailed me statements leaving me with -120 dollars in my account. Yet called them yesterday saying I would be in to talk with them and asked till then if they could lock my account so I wouldn't be overdrafted more knowing that it is a holiday weekend for banks but nope this morning I had gotten yet another overdraft fee this bank is very unprofessional!

Took a personal check from this bank written to me and the cashing experience was horrible. The person on the counter did not know if she had to charge me a fee or not and asked a guy that looked as if he was homeless. He explained to me that there was a fee for non customers but this is their check? Very confused about this. This was the worse banking experience I have had. I do online banking but this check had issues accepting the pictures with my online bank. I will not be doing business with this bank.

I have a personal account ... for years. The tellers at North Atherton have only ever been helpful, cheerful and quickly perform what transactions I've needed. Let me repeat ... I've been going there for years. THANKS!

I have had a bank account for almost two years with first national, I used to love the bank , loved how it was ran, loved how awesome the employees were , until today. I don't know who the hell the female was that gave me a hard time , but the guy who also gave me a hard time AFTER providing ss# birthday and name so that I could get 2500 out of my accounts to finish purchasing my vehicle was named Jeffrey, when the female told clearly knew she has me pissed off she did nothing but smile, I have never had such a hard time getting money out of my account when my obvious info provided matched my account info ! Highly unsatisfied and considering switching banks , or maybe I just won't come to this location again !
