Terrible customer service. Poor financial advice.

Large discrepancies in the quality of costumer service depending on the day you go in and the teller you see. The head teller is one of the least helpful bankers I’ve ever met and always has an aggressive demeanor.

It is my opinion that this bank nickel and dimes you. I would recommend finding a credit union that doesn't actively try to bleed you dry.

Shante' was able to assist me with no issues! I had to open two bank accounts and was not looking forward to the hassle. However with Shante's help we were out of there in approximately 30 minutes! She is not only kind to all customers, but very professional and makes others feel comfortable about where their money is going. I strong suggest to open your account with Shante', especially if you want things don't quickly and correctly.

This branch has terrible tellers and staff. No one greets you or looks at you when you enter, even if they're just standing there (not with a customer or counting money). Without fail, the last five different tellers have barked orders at me because it's never clear that someone is going to actually help you with your transaction because again, they don't look at you or actually say something like "I can help you over here". They just grunt "well, come on" with a stink face. I don't know if they're miserable because of upper management's policies or because the hiring person is partial to this nasty personality or both. I usually go out of my way to the FNB up the street at 222 S. Allen (closer to Schlow library) because those tellers are actually friendly and professional. My landlord's account is at FNB so I have had no choice for the past couple of years but to return once a month to pay my rent. I have accounts at two other banks in town, and those financial institutions' are light years ahead of the misanthropes at 117 S. Allen. No matter the incentive, I would never get an account at FNB because of their employees. Stay away from this branch unless you like being treated like s****

I have banked with your bank since 1950, and never have had any sort of problem. That would be close to a record. Thank YOU.
