If there's one thing I can't stand, it's a liar. I was at home expecting delivery of a package, no attempt was made to deliver the package, yet they claimed to have. Im really frustrated by this experience, and if given the choice, will not use this service again.

The shipper used an old address, and several attempted deliveries failed. When I finally got the package, the local mgr called to confirm receipt.

this is the last resort short of driving stuff into DC or wherever it is due. they do not have a direct phone line (like, why should they? /s). they are next to the airport and are in some real sense, part of the airport. I believe that they load their own plane there. folks there are pretty good, on average, adn the few times I've had to go there, they care. the folks here are 5 star. the folks at the phone tree and who set it up, -1 or -2 stars.

This pickup location really sucks for packages that require signature. It's far and literarilly no public transportation. They also make 'delivery attempt' without even showing up. I was waiting at home for the package and saw they updated on the website saying the package is delayed again! Then they told me to pick up here. Uber basically costs as much as my package. The other option is to wait for all the delivery attemps are used then pick up at the Atherton location, which is still a pain in the ***for people who don't have a car. Open more locations and drivers please at least knock the door!!

Terrible terrible terrible. No knocking on my door, no ringing door bell, just a dang door tag because they are lazy. There are 4 cars in my drive way, 3 people at home, and 2 dogs. How the hell did none of us not notice you knocked or rang the door bell.??? If my dog hears a racoon it flips out.... explain your self. Fedex/driver ?? Never again will I go with fedex.
