There is one awfully slow employee present and I have been standing here for over 40 minutes with a pre-paid package to ship. Literally saw her looking up instructions on how to do her job as she went. Did not look up, ask what I needed, or attempt to multi-task. It could literally be turned into a British, dry humor, comedy. Management needs to do better training, have more hands on deck, or shut down this store. At this rate it'll go out of business anyway. I hate to be rude, but this is just plain ridiculous. Once she got done cutting paper for a the customer ahead of me, she rang me up in less than 30 seconds. Longest 30 seconds of my life.

When I purchase something I cringe and really think about it if the return policy comes with a fed ex label. I try to avoid this place at all costs. I don't know the name of the employee who may be the manager but he is the Antithesis of customer service and wanting to help people. Dear Fed Ex, if you want good customer service I would try to poach the workers at UPS store who are very attentive helpful and friendly. The people here leave the counter when you walk in, specifically the one possible manager guy. He does not usually pay attention to the counter until you have. been standing there for 5 minutes or so

I came into this FedEx today to print something and everyone was unfriendly and not willing to help.i walked in and said hello and was greeted by stone cold faces .. I struggled with the print machine and I asked a question to the lady behind the desk who couldn’t be bothered with me. Terrible service.

I was in there two different days, both times having trouble returning the same heavy and awkward package I got from Amazon. The second time the store manager Evan was there and he went above and beyond to help me. I should have known with a name like his that I was in good hands. He solved all my issues and made sure I was taken care of.

FedEx is the best shipping service around. The counter folks helped me prepare and pack my shipment plus it arrived on time to the destination. With UPS we had incidents where driver left package in the rain exposed in the grass, the FedEx driver made sure to walk up to our porch and he even included a plastic bag to keep it dry!

This store is by far the worst for customer service I have ever experienced at FedEx. They would not release a package with ID and did not inform me that a qr code on my FedEx phone app would have enabled me to pick up the package without any ID. Shipper called the store directly to hold package for an additional 5 days. Instead, this store sent it back to the shipper in California! You can't make this stuff up. The level of incompetence at this location is staggering

Amazing people work here, literally couldn't be more helpful. Getting work done from them is a little pricey but that's FedEx's fault. They do amazing work though and work hard to get it right. Five Stars

Nice recovery. Evan contacted FEDEX and made arrangements for the return to go through. Short staffed. Was returning an item delivered by FEDEX without a box but could not be returned with out a box. Taped and ready to go same way as delivered. Still had to make a second trip but was better outcome.

The staff are inexperienced and have no intention to help the customers at all. The UPS store across the street is infinitely better.
