Started my f45 trip 07/2022. For someone who have never tried systematically training before, f45 is really a good start.Met with JR and Emily at the beginning and more friendly coaches join in now. I must say i cannot lost 10kg during 6 months without f45’s help. Even though I get back to where I started because holidays but I am confident to gain more muscles and lose fat from now on.Definitely 200 out of 100. Have already introduced one of my friend to join in and we really have a great time here.They offer challenges and inbody scans. This was also my reason to choose f45 at the very first time. They locate in downtown, close to classrooms. Truly convenient for me as a college students.

I have loved taking class at F45! The instructors are very personable and help you get through the workouts. I go during the morning, and after I am done working out, F45 leaves me feeling accomplished and ready for the day!

I discovered F45 towards the end of 2022 and I have been really pleased with my workouts there thus far. The classes are an awesome supplement to my normal repertoire of running and at-home strength training, and the staff has been super helpful with making modification suggestions as I return to activity post-knee surgery. The clientele is a mix of college students and us "older" folks, and I find the environment really welcoming and encouraging.

Absolutely love it! When your hardcore workout is suddenly.. surprisingly.. OVER???.. you know you're having fun in a room full of great energy. Trainers are the perfect balance of courage to push & care that you enjoy it & walk away feeling great. Both workouts so far.. made new friends.

Challenging but fun workouts! The staff is very firendly, motivating, and helpful; they make sure you're lifting the correct weight and challenging yourself! I love how they are still engaged in the owrkout and want you to do your best.

I decided to try f45 because I needed a change and wanted to be held accountable each time I worked out. The first day I attended, all of the staff members were very welcoming and informative on how the class would work, as well getting to know my background with past injuries, prior sports that I’ve played, and exercise experience. JR is very helpful throughout each workout, walking around making sure everyone has correct form and really pushing themselves. Working out here 2 times a week currently really holds me accountable and I feel like I’m pushing myself both physically and mentally! I’d recommend f45 State College to anyone and everyone!

I just started going to F45 about two weeks ago and I love it! The instructors demonstrate how to do the fitness workout correctly and help you master the form yourself. It is a fast paced workout with a bunch of different moves that hit different parts of the body!

I just started going to F45 this past month and the workouts are amazing! All of the instructors that have taught my classes have done a great job demonstrating how to do the movements correctly, along with other modifications you can do. I would recommend this gym because they work with people of all fitness levels and motivate you to do your best.

I’ve been going to F45 since the first week of May 2022, and everything has been awesome! The variety of the classes and the general atmosphere make the workouts super fun! 45 minutes is the perfect amount of time, and you’re definitely feeling it by the end. All of the coaches are very encouraging, and provide pointers for improving form or modifications if you need them. Four months into my F45 journey, I still look forward to going in when I wake up early in the morning. I’ve made some great friends during this time, and I’ve reached personal fitness goals that I didn’t think were achievable over such a short amount of time. F45 got me out of my fitness rut, and there’s no looking back!

F45 is easy, convenient, and a great workout. They have so many times to choose from and there only 45 minutes so it doesn’t take up too much of your day. The staff is super friendly and great trainers that help with form especially if you are new to weight lifting or hiit workouts. All and all would recommend for any one in the State College area!

Stopped in a few times when I was in town and this is the best F45 I’ve ever been to! I’ve worked out at 5-6 different F45’s over the years, but this one has the best trainers and was so much fun. Great space and the best atmosphere!!

WHAT A WORKOUT!!!! I’ve been going here for over a year now and the workouts continue to get better and better. This place stands by its commitment to team training, life changing. The trainers are very friendly and push you to continue to work hard. By far the best gym in the area if your looking for community involvement and High Intensity Workouts!
