I’ve never been spoken to with such disrespect from a manager before. The store manager, Katelyn, has an AWFUL attitude. She accused my brother of being disrespectful, I stepped in as he is a minor and I’m an adult. She proceeded to sit there and argue with me, dropping the f bomb, and being cocky. When I asked for her district managers number, she said there was no contact information for anyone. Absolutely unacceptable. Will be contacting corporate as soon as they open.

Wow, it was so busy, but then again it is a Holiday time. However they have a lot of different things and plus you can't beat the price. Plus they really need help, so please be patient when checking out. OH yes, the employees are really friendly and in good spirits. Please keep them in your prayers !!! ?

I attempted to return several items to the Dollar Tree on the Benner Pike, however I was told they wouldn't give me a refund, although I could get a store credit. I never saw a written return policy displayed. Needless to say, I'm very angry. I left the useless merchandise there and walked out. I won't be shopping there anymore. (I want to apologize to the store clerk. It's not your fault the store's policy is not clear to customers. I didn't mean to take it out on you.)

I stopped in here in search of some cheap picture frames. And of course anything else that might catch my fancy. You never know what you might find in an aisle. First thing I grabbed was a basket because I knew I was going to fill that up with things I had no intention of coming in here for in the first place. Since I did have an objective when I came in here at first, I went straight to where the frames were. It has been a while since I had been in the aisle where picture frames are located, but it appears that they are lacking in that area now. There wasn't that much variety of the frames. Loads of diploma frames, but hardly any other sizes of frames. So many diploma frames that they had most of the aisle full and an endcap. I attempted to try and see if there were any variety in the type of diploma frames, but to my dismay all I got was embarrassment for myself. I attempted to pull one of the frames out of the display and they were packed so tight in there that the glass broke and kind of went everywhere. After that, I gave up on the frames. I walked the rest of the store, basically throwing random items into my basket. The store was fairly well organized and clean. Checking out was a bit of a choir. The associate was nice, but they only had one register open which made it a slow process.

They never have product some of there shelves are half empty. I run up to altoona pa from bellefonte pa just to get most of our products. Every once and a while I go here
