I was looking for a replacement faucet hose and was striking out everywhere. The folks at Crescent weren’t familiar with it (it’s old and obscure) got on the phone with Moen through their Pro line (consumer line had a days long wait to talk to someone) and got a replacement ordered for me within 10 minutes and that was my first time interacting with them. Extremely helpful! I’m not their customer (yet) but I thought I’d leave a good review at least. Thanks again!

I was looking for a replacement part for a toilet that they are the local distributor for and they had no interest in helping me. Furthermore they did not seem to be familiar with the product line. I was not impressed. It seems to me that they are more concerned about selling new product than supporting existing customers.

Small but nicely done showroom. Excellent Saleslady. Very friendly. Have good information and wasn't pushy. Overall great stop looking for bathroom fixtures.

I am looking to remodel a bathroom and a kitchen so I visited their location in State College only to discover a tiny showroom and an unpleasant staff. I was stunned as I got a definite sense that the staff were dismissive as if I were unworthy of their fancy toilet showroom. I inquired about a few items from a fellow who wasn't particularly personable or particularly interested in helping me. I nonetheless continued to browse and had additional questions but I suddenly found myself alone even though there were 3 staff members on duty when I entered. I persevered and waited roughly 15 minutes for someone to emerge from the back room but then decided they obviously didn't need my business and left. I was still interested in an item I saw so a few days later I visited their website and emailed them for additional information. That email was sent two weeks ago. No reply. I'll take my business elsewhere. I suggest you do the same.
