Outstanding customer service, friendly and knowledgeable staff. I had a time-sensitive fashion emergency and they were incredibly accommodating. Wouldn’t recommend anywhere else in town (or online) for suit/tux rentals. These folks know their stuff!

Very nice store, clean AND organized. But if you are not a small and have small breast this store isn't for you. I found 2 large items, and I did by the one. The other larger clothes like these over sozed jackets would not look good on you. Quality is nice, they have free people and other brands, and prices are reasonable. But even my friend who was a small/medium couldn't fit in these shirts. But I'd bring my sister who is a 00 here. Staff was friendly too,

I love their clothing selections! They are very up-to-date with the current fashion trends. Theresa and her staff are very friendly and helpful. You even get to visit with the family pups, Archie and Chaplin, while shopping in the store. The service is fantastic in the tux shop!!

The absolute best place to get a formal tux!!! Theresa the owner is amazing, extremely professional and goes over the top. I will never get a suit elsewhere again. She saved our wedding day after we had a HORRIBLE suit from somewhere else, Theresa was able to get us exactly what we envisioned.

This store has pretty stuff, but it is way overpriced for the quality you get. I bought a $28 shirt here, washed it once, and wore it twice before it ripped on me. The manager was not accommodating at all when I came in and asked for an exchange. She implied that I had washed the shirt wrong or mistreated it. I don't see why this shirt ripped in the first place or why I couldn't get an exchange for it.

My husband, the groomsmen, and the fathers of the bride/groom, all rented their tuxes from Connections for our wedding and we are so glad they did. Theresa went above and beyond to make sure each tux fit perfectly, even if that meant overnighting tuxes to the venue. This high level of customer service is hard to come by. Theresa is extremely professional and on the ball. She made this whole process very smooth and seamless. We wouldn’t recommend anywhere else! You can’t go wrong with Connections!

Theresa and her team helped us out with Groom and Groomsmen rentals for a Wedding in State College on Memorial Day weekend 2021. Communication and service were first class from the beginning to the end of the process. The groomsmen were coming from all over the country, so we had to submit our measurements from other places. Theresa took the time to call anyone whose measurements looked off to confirm. She gave us the option to ship the rentals directly or allow us to try on and pick-up in store a day or two before the wedding. She gave good feedback after we tried them on for alterations and made sure everyone was ready to go on the day of the show. She also made drop off super easy - even picked up some of the rentals from the hotel the wedding party was staying at. Can't go wrong using Connections for any of your rental needs in the State College area.

My groomsmen and I rented tuxes from Connections for my wedding, and it was a fantastic experience. The tuxes looked amazing, and Theresa was very helpful and accommodating. We all got so many compliments on our tuxes on the wedding day, and I would highly recommend Connections to anyone who wants to look dapper on their wedding day!

Theresa and her team could not have been more helpful and accommodating for me and my groomsmen. We had a mixture of purchases and rentals and did not have an issue with a single item. Anything that was not a perfect fit was either altered or a new item was ordered for pick up the next day. I could not be happier with how we all looked and with how easy it was to deal with Theresa and the Connections team. They put in the extra care and attention to detail that we would have never received from a chain rental store. I could not recommend Connections more! 5 star rating in every way.

I highly recommend CONNECTIONS in downtown State College! After waiting over 30 min for a prescheduled appt at mens warehouse and watching them assist ppl without appts before helping us and then ppl who came in after us with a same timeslot appt. (If you haven't been there they make u sign in and therefore have a clear list of names in order and which are appts or not) I left mens wearhouse and called Connections. They told me they could see me right away. We got there and were taken right back for a fitting. She showed us all our options. We got a basic tux (since prom is outside on the football field anyway). Jacket, shirt, vest, pants, and bowtie. We were offered free shoe rental OR $20 off tux rental. We opted for no shoes and $20 off rental. Final bill with tax:$122.96 they only asked for half down now, the rest at pick up. My son can't make a try on session so I am picking the tux up 4 days before prom and they said I can text them when I get it home if I have any questions or problems with anything. She was very attentive, we didnt feel rushed and over all it took maybe 20 min.
