“Shopped here many times as a student, but my best experience was as an alum. Ordered a bunch of shirts for my son for Christmas, and the one I wanted has gone out of stock since I had purchased it. When they notified me, I explained that the out of stock shirt was why I chose to purchase there and the one I wanted most. The staff was able to ship my order out without that shirt so that I would have it in time, and then quickly shipped out the last shirt ASAP as soon as it was available. Awesome customer service! ❤️”

“I got a lot of clothes tonight for two of my kiddos at a great price. They tried on a lot and I brought a huge pile of clothes that didn’t work to the front counter and felt a bit embarrassed about how many clothes they would have to re-hang. The woman kindly reassured me it was not a problem. I really appreciated that.”
