The dealership was well organized and completed work in a timely manner. However, my dash still reads I am 500 miles past due service. In addition, I asked the Old to be changed and it was not changed so thoroughness needs to be worked on.

Very happy with our Honda vehicles (we've owned five) and with our experience at Bobby Rahal Honda, from sales through service.
I scheduled my most recent inspection & service online; very simple interface. The service team provided multiple updates, pickup was very easy, and my car had been washed and vacuumed. Definitely recommend Bobby Rahal and Honda vehicles.

Excellent service, I highly recommend it
I was there for oil change and a B 1 service, I made the drop off appointment, but was half hour behind. I called to apologize and was thinking that I may need to reschedule, the lady(I believe her name is Kate) was super friendly, and told me not to worry.
Car was drop off successful, the service advisor was super nice, he was not just did what was ordered, he also made sure my car was clean before I had it back, 5 out of 5, you can’t get it anywhere else!Services: Electrical repair

The service person I interacted with was unpleasant and rude. Late to start working on my car even though I dropped off the car earlier than I needed to.
Also, I expected to get a car wash like each time before at a Honda Dealer. Looks like this one doesn't do that. Won't be back here.
