Very poor customer care in the service department. If you like Mazda or Hyundai find another dealership and avoid the trouble. Scheduling service appointments is where the trouble begins and service advisers do not communicate at all.

I had a good experience when buying a 2024 mazda cx- 30. My salesman was Gabriel McMahon. He answered my question,was helpful and no pressure. If you want to look at a vehicle call and set up a appointment with Gabriel you won't be disappointed

I purchased this 2014 Toyota Tacoma TRD Off Road from Blaze Alexander Mazda of State College this Saturday. I am a first time car buyer and had an unforgettable experience with this dealership. I worked with Gabriel McMahon. He was very easy to work with from the day i walked on the lot for the first time. He was very receptive to all questions regarding the truck. Buying this car out of state and not being in town Gabe made it very easy to do over the phone and via text. I was lucky enough to see this truck before it was even put through shop. I feel in love with the truck right away and Gabe noticed that. Gabe was able to expedite the check in process and kept us up to date on the trucks every move. Gabe was very up front, open and communicative about all things regarding this truck. I appreciate everything Gabe did for me to be able to purchase this truck!
I worked Josh Huber who was also very helpful through the loan process as well as the signing of all papers!
I had a great experience with this dealership through out the entire car buying process! When looking for another vehicle down the road i will not hesitate to reach out to the team at Blaze Alexander!

Very disappointed in this dealership. We traveled 1.5 hrs to State College for an appointment. Figured we would try this place to see what cars were available. Upon getting the quoted price, i told them i had other places to look as I had just started my search for a new vehicle. Informed them that this vehicle I was buying would be the first of two. In addition, my parents were also looking at a brand new Mazda. They said they would wait to see what kind of service I received before choosing theirs. The following day I had narrowed it to two choices. I asked the salesman, Tommy, if they could do better in the price by $600. I was informed that their price listed was as low as they could go, and that $100-$200 made a big difference for them. Now, i have a hard time believing that if you look at their inventory, their building, and the number of people they employ. Cutting your profit that close on a vehicle would be very poor practice. Guess they didn’t want to make a sale today, nor did they want my repeat business, or my parent’s business. It’s too bad really. Little did they know that I’m an insurance agent and i could have gladly referred many of my customers to them from the Elk County area.

We called this morning to see if a car was still on the lot and was told it was and that it would be held for us to ask for the manager Cory when we got there. We drove an hour with our infant to see it only to learn that they had just sold it. Very frustrated and disappointed. Bought my last car at a Blaise dealer and had a great experience, but after this they have lost my business.

I would highly recommend working with Lauren as your salesperson. She was well-informed, courteous, and a joy to be around during the car buying experience. I am very pleased with my new car!

I recently had an outstanding experience with Blaise Alexander Mazda, thanks to the exceptional service provided by Gabriel, Josh, and Jack. From the moment I walked in, they were attentive, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to ensure I found the perfect car. Gabriel helpfully guided me through the various models, answering all my questions with patience and enthusiasm. Josh handled the paperwork swiftly and efficiently, making the process seamless. We traveled quite a way to do business with these guys, and it was 100% worth it! Overall, I couldn't be happier with the entire process. I highly recommend it to anyone in search of a new car and exceptional customer care.

Blaise Alexander Mazda has been really dropping the ball on service lately. I just had my Mazda CX-3 serviced not too long ago due to hitting a rock and they ended up not only putting the wrong part on my car, but also telling me my car is ready for pick up when it wasn't ready at all. This wasted a lot of time for me because I had a rental car and took it back to Enterprise. Only to find out that "it was a bug in their system" that they know about, and I was forced to leave and go back to Enterprise and plead with them to get my rental car back.
Now, I am getting hounded by them for a $150 charge for service that was done for my car back in November and I had to prove to them that I already paid this. This is now resolved but this kind of disorganization is really starting to irritate me. So, I am now left with my car missing a part on it, this part is now on backorder and who knows when it's coming back in, and just now had to fight them off trying to charge me twice for service done to my car last year. Absolutely, ridiculous.

Recently purchased a used vehicle here. Overall experience wasn't what I expected. Being this is the second vehicle I purchased from a blaise alexander dealership. The vehicle I purchased needed 3 little things fixed on it and I was told by the salesman that they would take care of it by making an appointment to bring the vehicle back for repairs covered by them. So after purchasing the vehicle i contacted dealership to make an appointment for the repairs and was told they won't repair it.. and on top of that the salesman was very pushy and unprofessional. Needless to say I won't be purchasing anymore vehicles thru this particular blaise alexander dealership.

Tara and her boss Brandon both didn't respond to phone and email. This behavior is unprofessional and frankly not smart when you are in the car business. The current demand on cars probably won't last too long, unlike this review. I have decided to reach out to one of the dozen other mazda dealerships in the 100 mile radius around state college to get my new mazda!
Update: their service department is pretty helpful and I’ve been happily servicing my car here. Updating from 1 to 3 stars.

For being a high end dealership their service department isn't the best. I paid over $60 for an oil change and my car was leaking oil ever since. I found out my oil plug drainage wasn't tightened properly. This should've never happened. Not to mention, I was there for over two hours waiting and being bribed into trading my car in. The people at the front desk weren't very pleasant either. I highly would not recommend this dealership.

Blaise Mazda gave me good service and were able to help me out when Blaise Jeep turned me away. I tried getting my jeep serviced there but they wouldn’t see me since I was a new customer. Luckily I called Blaise Mazda and got to talk to Kansas and he was able to see me the next day no issue. They are very hospitable and have great customer communication.
