Service has gone downhill. Used to be a time if you asked to see what all they had they would show you. Now they pull it up on a computer screen and say here look for yourself. I could have done that at home.

I asked for some technical service at the geek squad desk but was told they were not allowed to perform the task. Instead they told me how to do it and made a recommendation on another business to assist me.

The Geek Squad was amazing, as usual. A major obstacle for me that was impacting my business was child's play for the person assisting me. Thank you again Geek Squad!
