Just went in to buy a pair of Birkenstock sandals, but decided to buy them online because of their poor service. When I first walked in, I thought the salespeople must be busy because I didn’t see anyone out on the floor. I walked back to find some help, and all three women were standing behind the desk doing nothing. I asked if I could try on a pair of shoes, and they told me to bring them the shoes. The older woman with the white shoulder length curly hair was extremely rude, so we left. I won’t be back. It’s a shame because I like to shop local, but I refuse to buy from someone who is that unfriendly. The other two women were very nice. They should have been out on the floor though.

The older woman with white hair (I’m assuming to be the owner) was extremely rude for no reason after simply asking if something was available. If you don’t enjoy your job or people I’d suggest a career change.

Bought a pair of Birkenstocks that the worker said fit me great. After I signed my credit card receipt, she told me they don't give refunds, but I could exchange them or get store credit if I brought them back within 7 days. Seems like they should tell you this policy before running your credit card not after it's to late to change your mind! After wearing them at home, I realized they were too small. Took them back 2 days later, they didn't have the next bigger size and didn't know when, if ever, they would get it in. Said I could only have store credit. Seems like an outdated return policy that is hidden from the customer until it's too late! I'll use my store credit at some point and then won't be back even though I'm local and try to ship local. Birkenstock com had free shipping and exchanges.

Was here a few months ago looking for a dress. I found one I liked and went to the dressing room to try it on. Another employee opened my dressing room door while I was changing. She did NOT knock before opening the door. She also didn’t apologize for walking in on me while I was changing. The service here was horrid and needless to say I didn’t buy the dress and haven’t been back.

i used to love going here, bought a few dresses and some other pieces here. very cute clothing. however, i will no longer be giving them my service. very poor customer service and very rude. very much just wanted us to leave the store. i’m sorry but unless you don’t want a job, learn to respect your customers, and this would be why you’re losing business.

Came here to help out a small business during corona because we saw that they were going out of business. Was instead met with rude customer service and employees who seemed to want us to get out of there rather than make a sale. This is why your business is dying, learn how to treat customers or everyone's just going to go to Amazon.

Was in the store about 15 minutes, 2 employees were on the (same) phone making plans for tonight . No one said "can I help you?" Or even "hello". Really disappointed by the lack of service....I really wanted to buy local.

Sorry folks, this place has variety with not great sizes available and snooty. I spent an hour trying to get my size, a womens 9 with nothing available. And with 4 sales people working, there wasn't any One to help me spend my money. So I took my business elsewhere

Bought a pair of shoes for $100 that tore at the seams within 3 weeks of normal use . They did not offer me anything when I went to them, so basically I wasted $100.

I bought a pair of Naot Santa Fe sandals and they broke within two weeks. I brought back my bank statement to show that I purchased the shoes and wanted a replacement since obviously the shoes were defective. They repaired the shoes themselves without asking me first. After calling Naot Customer Service, Naot does not accept shoes that have been repaired but they would have accepted the shoes for an exchange. We will not ever be shopping there again. They are overpriced and have a very terrible return policy.

On top of having a great selection of shoes, the staff is fantastic and so helpful, very patient, very outgoing - especially the sexy tattooed girl ;) I would recommend this store to anyone and will definitely be going back!
