I came form out of state to buy a used car here (and not one of there expensive brands). I worked with Tyler Nordblom to get the deal done remotely. On the day of pickup, Tyler picked me up 45 minutes away in a pretty nice Audi to take the back roads to the dealership in State College. About 10-15 minutes at the dealership and I was out the door. Thanks to Tyler and Joe for great service. The car was immaculately clean and a full tank of gas was there to get me started on the drive back home.

INSULTING EXPERIENCE had a car there being looked at and they told me that to fix it, it would be $11,000 dollars to start, and no guarantees. Went to multiple other places to get pricing and it was 1/2 to 1/3 less. ON TOP OF THAT I asked them what they would offer me for the car in its current state. This was an A4 Convertible, which has a timing issue and that's about it. First they offered me $500 on the phone, then when I drove there which was a 45 minute drive one way, sat down and spent an hour in there office, the manager offered me $50! My gas to get there and back is almost worth that alone! I HAVE NEVER been so insulted in my entire life! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE! Sales manager must be the biggest swindler on the planet. The only good thing I can say is that a separate service manager saw what had happened and didn't charge me for the diagnostics. Do yourself a favor, find somewhere else to take your vehicle!

Tyler Nordblom is an 11/10 salesman that is very friendly to work with, informative while exploring options, and wanted to ensure that I got the vehicle that I wanted, which wasn't on the lot and got traded from another dealership after driving the exact version, just different color at the dealership. So far, loving my 2024 Q5. James Weston in Finance was also a pleasure to work with. Again, very friendly, informative, and a pleasure to work with.

My husband and I are EXTREMELY HAPPY with our experience at Ciocca of State College. Bryce and Tyler were very helpful. This has been the smoothest car buying experience we have ever had. We definitely have to also thank Joel Noel of Joel Confer BMW and the secretary for completely ignoring us when we went in to the showroom looking for me a brand new BMW! I'm EXTREMELY happy with my new A4 prestige edition. We would highly recommend them!

This Dealership made an appointment with me to see a used vehicle only three days out in time. Their email stated the car would be washed and ready for review when I pulled up Saturday morning... Boy was that a bunch of hype! THEY SOLD THE CAR THE DAY BEFORE!... AND DIDN"T SAY ANYTHING. I had to reach out with a question about that car.
Only then did they tell me they already sold it. They couldn't wait three days! I was ready to buy with a sizable down payment. Be very careful dealing with these people. They ruined my daughter's excitement to get her first car!

The sale person I worked with was Ryan and he was great to work with. Answered all my questions and was able to find the right car for me. Carlos was also very helpful when signing the loan and explaining the different warranties and plans for Audi.

I've gotten to know several team members over the past couple of weeks while shopping for a used car. The customer care is amazing. I'm particular, Kyle deserves a fist bump and a raise for being an excellent sales person. He listens carefully and explains thoroughly. Great follow up and follow through.

We purchased our Audi from Bryce and his team back in September 23. The buying experience felt very different there. Our sales rep. young lady was very helpful and knowledgeable. Bryce, sales manager was the same. They answered all of our questions and they were willing to accommodate our requests. All this- service, courtesy, communication was top drawer, but the best part was that they were good to our baby Winston. He said all paws up. ? Thanks ? Bryce for a great car and experience!

Beware when buying a new Audi! I bought a brand new Q5 in January 2023. In November 2023 and 20k miles I failed the PA inspection due to needing 4 new tires!! The vehicle had the original tires from purchase; the tread was at 2/32. Apparently, this vehicle comes with Kuhmo tires from manufacturer. A luxury vehicle with low quality tires?!?! The sales manager was less than helpful. Any warranty had to be done through the dealership. Conclusion: $1500 for new tires on a vehicle less than a year old and 20k miles.
