“I was in a tight spot on a Sunday morning far from home, traveling solo with my three kids. Chris was the only tow service in the area to answer the phone, and I was lucky he was there: he took the time to stick around at the repair shop once we got there, to make sure that the car was taken care of and we were able to go on our way. He even offered to fix the car himself if the shop didn’t have any available appointments. If we hadn’t found a kind and professional tow service, it could have been a truly terrible day, and I’m so grateful to Chris for taking such good care of us.”
