ordered a bucket of wisconsin bites for 12 DOLLARS!! half full. couldn’t even fill it up. they were even busy at the time we ordered. normally these people are very nice and generous, but 12$ for half a bucket?? not to mention the paper bag was so wet that it was falling apart. this disappoints me

I have lived in Saint Marys for about 7 months and frequented this location on-and-off during these months.I found that the coffee they serve if absolutely top-notch quality and value. If you have the Sheetz app, you can get coffee in your own container for just $1.00. This location get a lot of traffic, and it seems like their take-out food is very popular with people. Generally, their staff offers excellent service and cares for their customers with genuine concern. I did mark off one star because this location show evidence of hard use and a lack of deep cleaning, necessary to achieve the highest praise. The facility shows its wear in places it should not, and the parking lot and outside areas often contain litter.

Wish we had these gas stations in Indiana. Perfect place to grab gas and some food. Place was clean and staff was friendly.

Bought a 6”in turkey sub. Three very thinly sliced pieces of meat on the bread. Than they put tomatoes on my sub in which I don’t do tomatoes. Was not worth the 5.07. Was one of the worst subs I’ve ever had. Gross!!!!

I dont know how someone could mess up hotdogs. what i got was barely room tempeture and the bun was hard it was like eating cardboard and watching them make the food im surprised i didnt get food poisoning. girl who was making it gave up halfway through let them sit for five minutes before having another girl finish it while she went to man the cash register that had no line . i have spent so much money at sheetz but they have now lost my buisness never eat their food only the drinks are safe and even that is only good 50 percent of the time i will never eat their food again

Went in to buy cigs and terrible customer service from the guy that was working tonight. Gave attitude when i forgot my Sheetz card then rolled his eyes. Then proceeded to toss my change at me all while the manager stood to the side laughing about what occurred. He was rude to the old lady in front of me. If I could I would put 0 stars as terrible customer service and management.

Restrooms and store always clean, shelves are always stocked and employees are always respectful and smiling. The outside picnic area is kept clean too.

I am a regular customer here and I always order the same thing. I get hot dogs with cheese and boom boom sauce. I always ask for extra sauce because when I don't it's not enough. Well, this time I got A LOT MORE extra than I or anyone would ever want. This amount of sauce isn't even funny. It made the buns soggy and made an absolute mess in my car as soon as I opened the foil. Never had this issue before today. Yes, there was so much sauce on these hot dogs that I couldn't even see the hot dogs themselves. As I said, the buns were super soggy and gross too. I don't get why the employee who put the order together did this but now I have to steam clean the seat of my car and try my best to get the big stain out. Not a good day.

I really went out of my way on this detour while heading back home. I wanted something quick without having to backtrack to where I was and put Sheetz into my GPS and this was the nearest to me. And I do have to say it wasn't as near as you would think.Getting here was half the battle. I have never been to this area in my life and see why now. It is a bit of a cluster to get here and navigating the lot can be a bit confusing. I'm assuming that Sheetz is at the crossroads in the downtown region of this town. Which is good, that means you will have to pass by here in your travel.Going inside I was was in need of something to drink and use the facilities. I also thought why not get a small snack while inside. It was busy and customers were everywhere. I was able to accomplish all I came here for, except I didn't master one thing, as I rarely use that machine.See, I had bought a lottery ticket, which I don't do often, and it was a winner. According to the kiosk. I was like, great, I'll take it to the register and get my money. Well, I didn't know you had to scan the ticket, get a voucher, and then head to the register. When I was at the register the lady asked me if I knew how to use it, and I was honest and said no. She went out of her way to walk me back to the kiosk and show me how to do it. I thank her for that. She then walked me back to the register and did the transaction for the winning ticket.After that transaction she rang me up for my other items and I was on my way out the door to try and figure out which street I needed to then go down.
