Doctor put a prescription in rite aid didn't have enough on hand so didn't fill prescription. Didn't call me that day and tell me. I go to pick it up and only find out when I get there. Want to do another way something about insurance pay. Couldn't call and tell me before I drove over. Disgusted!!!!!!! Wouldn't be upset if for cold or something but it was heart medication.

Had to have a script transferred there because my pharmacy couldn’t get any in. Paul is a little rude. Doesn’t say goodbye he just hangs up on you. I know why he is rude, it’s because of what my script is.

I shop here often and have been a longtime customer of Rite Aid. This is a good location. The staff is friendly and the store is always clean. I enjoy the seasonal selection of trinkets, décor, and the like. The pharmacy team is well-informed and seem make every effort to try to get everyone everything their doctors say they need... and answer any additional questions you may have. This store is fully staffed by genuinely decent people - and that's something to say in itself.
