Called me and told me they had a truck I wanted and I told them I wanted it . While in the process of making a deal they sold the truck to someone else . When I talked to the owner his excuse was there are 75 people working here no one can possibly know what everyone else is doing. Sounds like a problem to me. Worst experience I have ever had at a dealership Over many years of buying new vehicles. Would not recommend

All of the people here are very friendly, I can say that they are honest people that will move mountains to get you into your dream car. This has been the best experience that I’ve had with a dealership and I will absolutely come back when I’m ready to buy again.

Leaving review for my brother who recently purchased a used vehicle here. Great SUV - Kia Sorrento. But there was an issue with the starter from day 1. The dealership was extremely accommodating with resolving the problem - sent a mechanic to his home, then took the vehicle to the dealer for needed repairs AND provided him with a loaner vehicle while service was being done. This was for an AS-IS used vehicle. I'm very impressed and pleased with how professionally they handled this situation. Thanks for treating my brother right!

Beware internet buyers. Dealership General Manager did not keep his commitment. I am an educated consumer that had interest in a specific used truck in dealer inventory. I made a fair and equitable offer at the end of January on vehicle. GM called and after some conversation told me that unit was a recent inventory addition and that if truck was still there at the end of February, that he would accept offer. I repeated this to him and he again agreed. Flash forward 30 days -- I again attempt to purchase said unit. Spoke with GM, he made up an excuse that he was not authorized to approve purchase price and that he had to speak with owner, but promised he would call me back. It has now been over a week without response. I have left messages on his voicemail and tried to contact him via the salesperson ( who was fine throughout). Please know, this is not about the specific truck. This is about a General Manager that lied to a consumer and has not taken responsibility for his actions. Mr. Weaver may be a competent and able GM, but in this situation he created an epic fail. I would suggest that St Marys Chevrolet may be a great family store for those living in the area, but in today's age of the internet and the transparency it enables us as consumers that they still have a way to go.
