Performed a great service by recommending qualified and organized property repairs contractors. While living in Florida my wife and I never had to worry about communication. Jarel spoke with us daily and weekly regarding FHA standards and assisted with Timeline presentations. While doing so resulted in our closing/settlement go smoothly. We don’t know what or how the sale of our home would have taken place without his professional knowledge and steadfast motivation. To REMAX he is truly an asset to your team.

We had to sell our house and be in new house in time for kids to start new school on time. Rebecca and Jyle (Jill) what a tag team. Going above and beyond. They walked you through the process and help us every step of the way. Rebecca took time out of her personal schedule to come to the house and helped us get the house ready for sale. She spent an hour with my daughter cleaning up her room and this was no easy task. Both Rebecca and Jyle helped with getting the house ready for open house. Always available even late into the evening to field calls and questions. The ladies helped us and set us up with a realtor for the area we were thinking about moving into. We had good offers within the first weekend. We were out of the house and renting our new house within two weeks. Kids started school on time. Rebecca and Jyle constantly in touch with us and making sure all paperwork was completed on time for closing. We closed with no issues. Friendly, responsive, aggressive, agile, and hard working.

Will can be best described as “Above and Beyond”. He goes beyond the call to get the job done. Simply the best!! I'm a first-time homebuyer and Will made the process simple, understandable, and even fun! That's saying a lot in this market. He always makes time to answer your questions and is incredibly knowledgeable about everything. He'll make sure you understand every step of the home buying process. He respects your opinions and preferences, and he'll also be honest if he thinks a space isn't right for you, is overpriced, etc. Go with his recommendations for things like inspections, insurance, etc. Everyone in his office and everyone he connected us with was kind, reliable, and good at their job. He helped me find a house after looking for only 2.5 weeks, and honestly my first reaction after the joy of getting my dream home was sadness that I wouldn't get to work with him anymore!

Nick is a great agent, he just helped me sold my house. It took a bit longer time to sell it due to a few factors and aI felt down a few times, but Nick was always there for me. He used to tell me “don’t worry I got your back and will get it sold for you. I strongly recommend Nick for anyone.

I just closed on a home and had the opportunity to work with Dom. Not only was he hands on, but he communicated very well each step of the way. I'm grateful that he was able to make this experience a great one. The team during closing was very responsive and quick to get back to me with answers and next steps as well.

Mr. William Holder and staff were absolutely incredible. Will is absolutely one of the hardest working people on the planet! His ability to go the distance on your journey of buying OR selling your home is astounding. He is extremely knowledgeable, kind, quite patient and very responsible. He returns every call or text he receives. Every time. Most importantly, he puts his all into finding you the house of your dreams or getting you the best price possible for the sale of your home/property. I have been on both sides with him and he found me my dream house. All boxes checked. He makes working with him a dream. Every step was made easy and understandable until the end.
