They have practically no dressing rooms, and they don’t care how long people stay in a room for. Had me waiting with 0 sense of urgency, dropped the clothes and went on with my day.
I could understand if there’s a line of people, but waiting for 1 person who’s trying on a million different outfits and having his mom review them? Gtfo

I was buying a cologne. They didn't let me to just buy it. The employee hold it and gave it to cashier. They treat people like customers are thiefs. Shame on TJ Maxx for these kind of policies and hiring these kind of employees

I recently had a fantastic shopping experience at Tjmaxx. The store was well-organized, and I found a great selection of items at amazing prices. What made my visit truly memorable was the exceptional service from Simona, the cashier. We had a wonderful conversation, and she was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout the checkout process. Her positive attitude and professionalism made my day. I highly recommend Tjmaxx and commend Simona for her excellent customer service!

Found some good things in there. The cashier was very nice. I forgot to get my receipt and saw her searching the parking lot for me to make sure I got it. Her name was Kelly. Super nice lady! Thanks, Kelly!

There isn't much to tell, I was looking for a bed for my cat 15 y/o 25 lb cat Solomon, they had plenty to choose from. This is the one I bought though that's not Solomon, that's 2 y/o Christopher ?
They have a very nice supply of hand bags including my favorite Patricia Nash (the burgundy). They still have their runway fashion, but I did not see anything in my size or that I liked...most were size 6.

One of the best T.J. Maxx in the area. A lot of high end items from LV, Gucci, YSL, Versace. I was able to find some Diesel shirts and a lot of high end brands I haven’t heard of in a long time but it was nice to see them. Lots of luxury items for men and women. Very spacious and clean. This store is located in a beautiful (expensive) area and I’m sure if you’re lucky you’ll find a lot of luxury items before they are all gone.

Amazing clothes one of a kind i absolutely love the runway i drive 30 minutes to get to this particular location because it never fails me I always come out of the Lancaster store with two to three hundred dollars in debt lmbo this is my favorite store and I love the accessories department it's is totally awesome one stop shop.

My wife was went to the dressing room and was asked to hang her dresses on the rack to be counted. The associate Regina counted them then gave her the ticket. When my wife turned to go into the dressing room Regina turned to her associate standing next to her and rolled her eyes. She did not know that I was here with my wife and I saw the whole thing. I sat at the dressing room bench, and observed her actions with others. What amazed me is anyone that was the same color as her didn’t have to hang up anything on the clothes rack to be counted. Very odd policy, I would think that it would apply to everyone regardless of color.
