“Couldn’t have asked for a better experience! Easy, quick, and quality service. We found an old vhs tape of my late grandmother who had recently passed away-I was searching for ways to convert it and stumbled on Zim’s. I gave it to Mike Tuesday night and it was ready by the next day. I received a USB drive, my old tape, and instructions on how to use the flash drive. Mike really thought of everything to make this the smoothest experience for his customers. I’ll definitely be coming back when I find more tapes”

The store manager explained it to them on the phone to resolve it then helped us with next steps.The people that work here are wonderful. They’re helpful, knowledgeable and patient. Natalie was nice and helpful as well as the manager who has so much patience and kindness.”

We had some questions regarding our plan, phones, payments, and many more and we stopped by the T-Mobile in Media, PA (where we live) and we were blown away by the service T-Mobile Team Media provided to us. The last one spent hours and left it in worse shape. Bandon diagnosed several problems almost immediately and then got it working better than ever.He explained everything in terms i could understand so I could troubleshoot on my own for minor cliches. “Happy after visiting WWS. Great staff with good knowledge of hifi. Was looking for bookshelf speakers for my medium room. They had Focals Dynaudio Klipsch B&W mainly for demo at Ardmore store.
