The owner Mike, is a great guy with a good sense of humor. Eager to help, whether you have a brand new bow or a 15yr old bow. He will help fix it, restring it etc...He has competitive prices and doesnt try to gouge your wallet with costs. Mike is an awesome guy that knows his bows. If you buy a bow or crossbow from him and have a problem with it, he'll do everything in his power to remedy the situation. He'll even lend you a loaner bow if he needs to keep yours for a while or ship it back to the maker. I've had an issue with a new crossbow I bought (no fault of his) and he has gone to great lengths to help me get it fixed. No matter how many times I walk into his shop with an issue, he is willing to help. His prices are all fair, he won't sell you any BS, and he's awesome when it comes to making custom bolts or arrows. I'll never go anywhere else for my archery needs.
