Do not go to this store. I went today because this is the closest store to me so on google they said they are open so i had to drive 30 min and when i got there the store was closed !!!! With a notice on the door saying their registers are down so the store closed until a further notice like what the hell at least put it on google don’t let people drive for half an hour to get there so you are closed

One of THEE worst experiences. I came to the store with my 11 y/o daughter as she wanted to find a dress to match a pair of sneakers she had for an upcoming party she is attending. We walked through the entire store looking. No one asked if we needed assistance. In all honesty, i didnt even know the 2 employees actually worked there. They were too busy having conversation with each other. We looked through the entire store, looking for a xs purple dress to match 1 of the 2 pairs of sneakers my daughter was carrying with her in her bag. Finally we found a dress she liked and needed to try it on. We literally had to find someone in the store to learn the process for trying items on. The young lady told us the 2 dressing rooms to the right are open. No further directions. No accompaniment. Nothing. My daughter and i went to the dressing room. I waited outside the door while she tried the dress on. A few minutes later, one of the employees came to the entrance of the dressing room, looked at me, then left. My daughter didnt like the dress that she tried on so we put it back. No assistance whatsoever. We looked around a little more before leaving the store. As we were leaving the store, I noticed the young lady who came and peeked at us at the dressing room had followed us to the door. Again, the entire time we were in the store, NO ONE ever greeted us or asked us if we needed assistance.I walked out and made a statement along the lines of instead of following me through the store, she could've asked if i needed help.I will never return to this store and i wont ever recommend anyone purchase from this store.

I LOVE Windsor!!! Great dresses for an amazing price. I've always been an xs and they have dresses that actually fit me. 10/10 clothes and dresses! I'm pregnant now and still manage to only find dresses I like here!

I went to this location on Thursday didn't really know what I wanted to wear and Kevin came up to me and ask if I needed help. I told him I was going out to dinner and he put together the most amazing outfit and picked out the most amazing shoes to go with it. If you go to that store please let Kevin help you, he is amazing. Thanks kevin....

The manager in this store is so rude, she’s always with an attitude…like If you don't like your job then go and find another one that you like it… I don't feel comfortable going to this store anymore

I have to say this store has some of the most beautiful clothes i’ve ever seen at reasonable prices, the sizes do seem to run small so i would definitely recommend trying on in store if possible , I’m 4’11 and 95 and i can easily fit a size large for a not super tight fit, my daughter is 5”2 and the prom dresses in size small fit her but she would need the lengths altered a bit as they tend to run long, but for the price would definitely be worth it! In my experiences there i’ve never been approached by any employees when entering the store, but that i don’t mind at all because i usually know my size and everything but they are nice and and available for help when needed.

I went into the store to look for dresses for my teenage daughter. Medina was the sales Associate who helped us. She was very pleasant, had a great attitude although I could see she was very busy. She had excellent Knowledge about items inside of the store and was able to help assist me with my purchase. We frequent this store as we live close by in the area. This is the most pleasant experience I have had at this location with a sales associate. Thank you Medina your great customer service skills are recognized please keep up the good work as it makes a difference!Ps- I decided to by an outfit for my self as well! We'll be back soon!

Love the customer service. I went in store looking for a dress for my birthday dinner next weekend. Someone name Eboni and Blair was such a big help. They helped me look for dresses in store before I decided I would just order online. With their help I found the perfect one online and I’ve received an email that my dress is on the way a head of time. Great customer service. I will definitely be back to shop here again .

I really like this store. I went in to find something for my daughter and the young lady Aaidae was very friendly and helpful. Although this is a smaller location, everything was well stocked and neat. Stylish clothing and great customer service! Thanks Aaidae
