This walgreens is by far the worst out of all the ones i've ever visited. their pharmacy is a complete disaster. almost every time i've gone, they're either out of the medication and it takes ages for anything to come back in stock, they say it's ready but then when you get there, you have to wait another 45 minutes bc it hasn't even been filled...a mess. most recently, i went through the drive thru and the pharmacist had me repeat my sons name 6 times and even write it down and she still couldn't find the prescription! then she had the nerve to say "what are you here for?" couldn't be the prescription that should have been ready DAYS ago that i told you about when i pulled up. 0/5 stars if it would let me.

I have never had a problem with the pharmacy within the 8 yrs .i have lived here ! Customer service Rep.are always helpful! They have great deals as well

Horribly slow service all of the time at the pharmacy. The parking lot is always strewn with trash.

Better Pharm better pricing. Better service. I still want Pharma and Doctors to get rid of the 911 queue. 100000000 Hrs wasted customer time annually. Judges & lawyers ordered caveat messaging is worse than terrorism. "Im having a heart attack I think I'll call the Water Dept. ' if this is a true medical emergency...'"

I came in Friday for assistance with photos to incorporate for my sister's funeral service. I confirmed sizing and material with a representative the same night. I placed the order through the web since the machines in person were broken. I also stressed the importance of these photos being used for my sister's funeral service. I came in Sunday to pick up the images, and they were on poster paper rolled up. Which I imagined is the process for the posters. However, I asked for boards as these photos would be propped up on a tripod. I have to buy something additional, which adds to my stress of planning the funeral. I wasn't offered anything for my inconvenience by the manager, James. This was an awful experience, and it took everything inside of me to no cry and scream right there in the store.I would not recommend this location for help. Everyone is knowledgeable about the products and services.

We like Walgreens for their free drive through COVID-19 testing (especially if you're going to Hawaii, they're on the approved centers list!) However the wait for the drive through pharmacy was so long, we were behind 2 cars for our 4:45 appointment, pulled up to the counter at 5:00 and didn't even get our actual test bags until 5:15. 15 mins sitting at the window with the employees doing god knows what behind. I would appreciate some efficiency here, either they're super understaffed, unorganized or a little of both. If you're looking to use the drive through, make sure to allot at least 2x the amount of time or just walk in - it'll be so much faster

Because of COVID I am not getting rides from friends and have to go here because it is within walking distance. NO MORE-everything they have I can get at the supermarket, even if it is a bit more. Their latest scam involves sale signs. Most stores post the sale signs on the shelves directly below the item. They do that for some items but others are put on the shelf above the item. You need to read those signs carefully, I didn't and didn't realize it until after I paid for the order in cash. I read the receipt and the guy told me the sign was above the item, which made it hard to read. He wanted to give me a gift card for the refund and I said no-I had just given him cash and never even left the store. He said he would have to get the manager for a cash refund and I would hold up the line. I didn't care-I didn't want a gift card. The manager came and gave me a refund and attitude. I am now gone for good. I read in the Wall Street Journal that the chain is having problems and will close many of their stores. If this is how they run their stores I understand why.

they moved around pharmacists and its worse. The pharmacist who was there for a few years, was great and got to know her customers. There is a different pharmacist now every day and some will not fill your prescription a few days before expiration. Its no longer a good store, I used to feel that I could trust the pharmacist, but now, you don't know what you are getting when you go.
