I took a bracelet there and they charged me $75 to fix a bracelet hook. I think it was to expensive and the bracelet looks now kinda damaged.

Voski is Fabulous! My husband bought my engagement ring here and had it engraved with my name inside. It’s absolutely almost 14 years later! I would recommend Voski Jewelers to anyone!

Took my watch in to have the battery replaced. They charged me $25 to replace a battery and damaged my $1,200 watch. Useless. Go out of business please.

Not sure what the bad reviews are all about. Voskis has been our go to for a very long time. Everyone there is absolutely amazing. They have amazing prices. Absolutely amazing craftsmanship and have never let us down. Gary and his team are awesome. Personable and polite. They do high quality work and treat you like family. I will never go anywhere else for any jewelry needs. Their repairs and custom stuff is amazing too!

My family has been using Voskis for years all are jewelry is from this store including my wedding band and engagement ring after 23 years I needed it resized . I asked for an estimate weeks later the ring is done , I’m happy but the price is way more than I can afford at the moment and would have declined the estimate . When I picked up the ring which looked and fits amazingly I asked about not getting a call I was informed that some left a message , but unhappy they did the work with out a verbal ok from me.

I brought my ring to the store and asked if they could fix the shape. It wasn't broken and I was still able to wear it, but it was misshapen from getting tangled in my dog's leash. The technician put it on a metal rod and was twisting it around to try to get a circular shape and it came completely apart on the side from the pressure. He then said they needed to send it out to be fixed. I didn't ask the price because he broke it and I assumed it would only be a small charge since it was by his doing. I called a week later to see if it was done and it wasn't, still no mention of the cost. A few days later, I received a call that it was done and then asked the price because we had left my daughter's ring there as well. That was the first time I was told the price and it was $200. NO ONE CALLED TO APPROVE THAT PRICE AT ANY TIME. Also, they ultimately were the ones to break my ring. I tried to discuss this with them and they were unwilling to adjust the cost. I will never use them again and will advise anyone who will listen to avoid their business as well. I am offended and feel completely scammed.

Very friendly and helpful. They have a good selection of jewelry and reasonable prices. You can always find parking close by.

I left 2 gold rings to be resized at august 5th /Saturday/ . On Monday august 7 man called me with estimates which I approve. On Tuesday august 8 woman called asking to approve estimate, she said the man who called me did not leave any message. She told me job wil be done on Friday august 11 . I called that day and was told by men he “just” took rings downtown and the will be done on august 18 almost 2 weeks after I left them. It sounds like very poor business practices . I still don’t know if the job will be done and what really happened .

Fiancé went in to have my engagement ring made. They were completely unreceptive and unwilling to give any thoughts to the design of the ring outside of their prefab book. Guy was also a complete tool and laughed in my partner's face at the proposed timeframe.Take your business elsewhere like we did.

I had a chain. They beefed it up and fix the week Links and put a new class on for me why I weighed it. It was great nothing like fast service and good service and the people are wonderful to deal with.

PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE.My brother recently went here, they sold him a necklace that was suppose to be 14K. He took it to another jewelers they said, it was only 10K gold. He couldn’t believe it. The other jewelers said, it was worth $600. Voski sold it to him for $1,800. He has been to three jewelers establishments that all said it was 10k gold. Voski are scammer that will switched 14k out for 10k gold and make you pay a crazy price. He took it back to Voski letting them know what they did and they claimed he was CRAZY.
