We have been ATT customers with Firstnet for a couple years. Our bill for October came and for TWO PHONES was $800?! Absurd! We wanted to switch phone providers and went to Verizon. Our customer service rep who helped us (We went roughly 6-6:30p yesterday 10/18) was phenomenal. She helped us customize our plan and with the first responder discount. We were there for roughly 1-2 hours. But that’s because we made the switch and transferred everything! She was so polite and got us set up with the 16 plus and 16 pro! Our bill is less than 3/4 from what we were paying with ATT. She went over our bill in detail! (Which most NEVER DO) and was so patient with us! I cannot express the great atmosphere she brought and her friendly demeanor! We’re glad we made the Verizon switch and honestly love our phones! Never going to any phone provider! This store is VERY well kept and clean and we had a 9m old baby which all the staff loved! We felt so welcomed especially with a baby who is very vocal. We weren’t pushed away, not attended to. Nothing! She kept checking in on us when our data was transferring to make sure we were ok! I absolutely cannot express how our service was. 5 stars is not enough!!

Traded in my iPhone 14 Pro for an iPhone 16 Pro and switched from T-mobile to Verizon! Attentive staff, who are knowledgeable and well trained, great selection of accessories and easy to park here. I highly recommend this Verizon Store! I came back to bring my trade-in after setting up my new iPhone 16 Pro and tested the cool party Bluetooth speakers with microphone, sang happy birthday to saleswoman haha! I’ll have to come back and get those speakers! A+ service and deals!

For technical complications that were of no fault of the staff here, I had to spend 4.5 hours in this store. The vibes were pretty good and made it easy spending that much time there. The store reps were super attentive and friendly. I got a general feeling that they liked spending time together. Marcus (Richie) has truly mastered customer service. He basically did the opposite of what slimy salespeople do and that's honestly the kind of worker that brings customers back. Other Marcus, Aikeem, and Lindsey were really cool too and helped pass the time. Another thing that made my day was an impromptu gymnastics competition between 2 toddlers from different families doing floor routines and making everyone smile. This is the kind of community atmosphere the staff convey. It didn't feel like a stiff, tense place of business.

Spent an hour on the phone with customer service, trying to reserve a phone with a bunch of technical difficulties. I then come to the store to get the phone and am greeted by a worker and explain my problem . He grabs another worker, and he explains my problem can't be fixed cause there's a pending order, and there's nothing he can do. I then explain it's frustrating spending all the time with customer service to come here to have further problems. He explained that I could reach out to customer service. I went out to my car to call them and had them cancle any pending orders so it could go through, and they did. When I went back in the store, the same man came up to me and was very rude with an attitude. I then explained what I did in having them cancel the pending order. He then very disrespectfully told me that the order is still pending and there's nothing he can do and he walked away, almost taunting me as he did. Insane! Seriously, what in the world!
Update: The store followed up with a phone call apologizing for the experience.

I wanted to leave my previous cellular phone carrier and Verizon made it happen! It was an easy port transaction! Enjoying my service with Verizon! Haven’t encountered the problem I was having while with my previous carrier! Problem solved!!!

Horrible, will never return. Like others reviews state, make sure to get whatever number they give you in writing as they will say anything to scam you. Phone bill was double what I was led on with hidden fees. Went back to talk with manager and was very unprofessional, no help whatsoever. Disappointing all around.

We received a new network extender, Verizon customer service rep advised me to return our old one to closest Verizon store in our area after we receive the new one from Fed Ex. I came into this store to return our non working old network extender. The manager informed me that I would have to come back in 20 minutes to return the non working old Network Extender. The person that handles the returns wasn't in yet. The manager, who wasn't busy with a customer, could have taken the extender and provided me with a receipt. I left the store disappointed, but not surprised, After 20 minutes, my husband did return the network extender. I will never go back to this store!

Just make sure you get whatever number they tell you in writing !!! They will literally say anything to SCAM you into a plan for commission. They do not disclose the fact there are SEVERAL activation fees. And the "manager" is incredibly rude with a nasty attitude. Get out of customer service if you don't want to help people in a friendly way!! They are not at this location to help you they are out to scam you. I over heard the manager talking to a sales associate about you should have pitched this and pitched that. The rude manager also promised to credit my account for 2 free months of insurance and did NOT! Just said that to get sign up numbers. Also did not set up either of my 4 devices!! Probably the worst customer service I have ever received. And to the manager, girl rot in H3LL!

Good service, waited on right away even though it was busy. Lyric took care of my sister & I and she was nice & knowledgeable about the phones. Good experience overall.
