Great experience today at this post office. I had two large packages I needed to ship and the young black woman (sorry didn’t get her name, but she had a short bob cut) at the front counter was extremely helpful, as was her two colleagues. I always get anxiety going to the post office for some reason, lol, but they calmed me down. They packed everything for me and provided me with the necessary tracking info. Great customer service!

This post office is the worst around. There are others a few miles away that are more worth your while. Long, slow lines all of the time. Packages get dropped off but don’t ship for days (even priority), awful customer service. Avoid this one and go to literally any other one! Also be aware of using mailboxes in Springfield, obviously they go back to this location for sorting.

RUN INDEED! Went to this facility on 7/7/22 in the early afternoon. There was no one at the counter for 10 minutes. Two employees finally emerged from the back. The younger of the two was quite possibly the rudest person I have ever met in my life. Apparently she hates the USPS, her job and people in general. She should be fired. I had a large number of packages to be shipped. I gathered my packages and fled. Do not trust this facility with your mail or shipments. RUN!! There are other USPS facilities in the area as well as UPS and FedEx.

Ann was beyond helpful today. She had the tape and the bag ready while I was waiting in line so I would be ready when it would be my turn. Never had service like that at a usps. I usually deal with the one in ambler and they are so rude. They throw the tape gun at you. And make you feel d*** when you ask them a question like your bothering them. But Ann thank you for being so nice you made my day..

The woman who works the front is the most rudest, incompetent person I have ever met. She tried to tell me that I couldn’t ship something because I was shipping it internationally; that I might as well keep the item. Told me it would be too expensive to ship. First of all, how do you know whether I have the funds or not to ship something internationally?! Second of all, the return fee had already been prepaid. All she had to do was print the package label. She tried to tell me that there wasn’t a label after I repeatedly showed her the barcode that she needed to scan. After me telling her several times that there was a label, she finally scanned the bar code and what do you know? The prepaid international label printed out! She gives me a hard time EVERY time I visit this USPS. The only reason I use it is because of their hours, but I think I’m done. That woman needs to be FIRED ASAP!

The woman with short brown hair, maybe in her 60's who works there is ALWAYS miserable. I realize we all have bad days but every single time I go there?? She's loud, too. This time she was grumbling about the current president, calling him "that idiot running the country." I hope her supervisor talks with her, and tells her to be nice!! Ugh.

Unbelievably the most ignorant and unhelpful people you will ever meet. I was told I could print a label and come here online as a drop off area. I checked and it said online for here they do print out returns. I get there for a woman ignorant as can be to tell me no they don’t do that while she didn’t even look at me or anything. I tried to show her and explain and she wouldn’t even look at anything I was explaining and gave me the most uncalled for attitude.

Janette is the worst usps customer service employee by far. She's prejudice , disrespectful and lazy. Didn't acknowledge me told me she wasn't a mind reader and to drop the package off and run. I will never visit this location again. Nothing has changed in 2021. Smh
