Me and my family have been clients at this Ulta Beauty Salon for 7 years. In the past years the stylists that used to work there were tremendous and did a great job. However, recently since the change in staff and the change in stylists, their customer service and quality of work has drastically DECLINED! My family and friends no longer go there. This past week I had an appointment where it took the new stylist over 5 hours just to do a simple retwist and the service had to be continued into the following week because she was not able to finish in the allotted time that she was given. I was also urged to give her a tip, even though she did not finish styling my hair and took a substantial amount of time just to only complete half of the job. After I set up an additional appointment for her to finish the job, the style she put in my hair became undone and fell apart within hours of her completing it. I NEVER experienced this with the previous Ulta hair stylists that had worked on my hair before. I then had to set up another appointment to have her redo her work since it was not properly done and resulted in my hair style unraveling. The day after I set up the appointment, she cancelled it and blamed me for the issues that had been going on and told me to "Go to a different store". I was very disappointed with her lack of accountability, lack of professionalism, and lack of efficiency when it came to her quality of work, poor communication skills, and disregard for customer consideration. I gave her a tip just to be nice, only for her to not properly finish her job and refuse to rectify the mistake she made with my hair. The fact that I was urged to leave her a tip in the first place was unprofessional as well. I now have to go to a new Ulta Beauty store and pay more money to another stylist just to rectify the poor job that I already PAID her to do. I do NOT recommend anyone come to this specific Ulta Beauty location until they get new hair stylists that are more consistent in their quality of work and are able to treat customers in a more professional manner. No customer should have to pay for poor and inefficient service, especially a customer who has been a longtime client for years.

I used the Ulta salon for the first time. It has been almost a year since my last cut and my hair was looking unruly. I also have been cutting my own bangs and it was stating to show! My stylist Layla was professional and helped tame this self-cut mess! Happy with my experience.

I've been to this Ulta numerous times but I recently had an associate go out of their way to help me. There was an event for Bare Minerals which I couldn't make and they took time to ensure I could be matched to the right product and color at the time I was there. I love the product and will definitely return. Thank you!

They bearly have anything and nothing really instock anymore and I think they took down all Kylie Cosmetics in this ulta stores cause I went there and I didnt see anywhere but still have kylie perfume I don't get it smbh.

I went here to get my hair dyed and a silk press. It turned out beautifully! My stylist was Ashley, whom I have used before, and I am very happy with how my hair looks.

Carlie was FANTASTIC! I have zero knowledge about skincare and make up. I needed a lot of help. She was kind and immediately made me feel comfortable. She gave me some great tips! Unfortunately I did not have same experience at check out with James. He was borderline rude and definitely needs some advice from Carlie on customer service.

Smaller Ulta so less variety. Store is messy and unkempt, usually poor stock. Convenient location.
