This was the second time that I went to this place to get my tire repairs. Twice and both experiences were charmed! Lisa, the manager, she was always there to help with her knowledge and always tried to work with you. My other car was also under care of this place. Thank you, Lis!! You have never disappointed me!! I recently had my car serviced at tires etc in Clifton heights Pa. I want to say kudos to Joe from making my appointment to picking my car up with Lisa the store manager. Dropped my car off the night before for inspection and it was done by morning time. Very quick and everyone was very respectful , accommodating and happy to help . Lisa was absolutely fantastic! Highly recommend !

The mechanics do a good job and I'm genuinely satisfied with the work they do. They get paid horribly compared to what the shop charges the customers.
The reason I'll never come back to this place is specifically because of the service advisors. I'm not going to name him but one person in particular is a middle-aged man from new jersey. He knows exactly how to sweet talk you and play with your emotions to extract thousands of dollars out of you. He's a total pro at it and makes the company a lot of money.
He'll never be fired because he knows how to get money out of people. But he's the reason why so many people are upset with the company and will never come back.

I priced a few different tires from some other shops in the area.
Tires Etc. had better prices by a long shot for the exact same tires.
I was shocked by what other shops were charging. The difference was substantial.
Lisa C. is the owner operator and her main concern is doing right by her customers.
Don't pay more than you have too.
Tires Etc. will save you $$$$.

Came here to get a new tire since one of mine had a slow leak. After looking at the car, I was told that I needed 4 new tires. Since only one was actively leaking, I asked if I could only get the one replaced, however they refused to put the tire on the car. Instead, we settled on getting a new tire for my spare (which was damaged) and I had to install it myself at home. I also asked to get my taillight fixed, but was denied under the reasoning that the car was "too damaged". Don't get me wrong- the car is junk, but I was hoping to at least be able to get it fixed so I can drive it to work. While I do appreciate the staff communicating this all to me throughout the day, overall I was quite disappointed with outcome of my service, and most likely wouldn't come again.

The service was quick and reasonably price. The store manager Lisa is amazing. She is definitely grace under pressure. I've always had a positive experience at this location and I'm.not very trusting when it comes to mechanics. Thank you Lisa
