Cheat you out of money. Ignore deals that they have on billboards right outside. Says that it doesn’t matter and they don’t know anything about it. Absolutely ridiculous, avoid it all costs

James was a great help in the store! As a matter of fact I saw him taking care of 90% of the customers that was there. He helped me with no problem within 5 minutes. Unfortunately his coworker(forget her name) was the polar opposite. She insisted that my problem was beyond her capability and didn’t even try to help me. She had me in the store for an hour trying to figure it out on my own and having customer service tell her what to do but she insisted she couldn’t do it. Finally James stepped in after she left the store and left me unresolved and listened to customer service and fixed the problem.

I can't believe I'm saying this, but it was good. At least the dude I was dealing with was on point. I got everything I hoped to get handled, problems and all, taken care of. Honestly, I'm a little taken aback. I did not expect things to go well, but they did. Huh...

Sprint is the worst phone company. You go in the store and no one helps you at all. You call into customer service and no one helps you. They all act like they don’t know what’s going on. And they don’t care about you. I guess that is today’s society. No one cares about you at all or the problems you are having.

absolutely amazing service and employees! i couldn't be more happy to be honest. i went in and got off a family plan, got an upgrade, and a single plan. i was in an out of there, not even 45 minutes thanks to James Flowers.

So I went to this store and michael Wiley was the rudest and unprofessional person I have ever met. After he spent 15 min flirting with my friend who had zero interest in him talking about his motorcycle, and tattoos than he asked us something about sneakers. I though I was being pranked. He seem like he had no idea about how to explain my bill and kept pushing a speaker down my throat instead of telling me my bill if you ever go to this store trust me the white kid with the tattoos stay clear away I don't care how long the wait I never do service with him again

Called the store, employee seemed impatient from the moment the conversation started. I asked a simple question about services, the employee repeated the wrong information multiple times. When I verified for a fourth time what I was looking for, the employee hung up the phone. I was ready to buy a phone and open an account, now I will never visit that store. Also, the employee lied and said she could not talk over the phone about the deals they have online, public knowledge, which I then stated that I could find it online. From that moment on, the employee seemed to lose complete interest in my call and eventually hung up on me.

Customer service is HORRIBLE!!! The guy that was there today between 10-11 was rude! Walked away in the middle of me talking & said have a nice day. Refused to answer any further questions. Horrible service & horrible customer service!

If you need assistance, you're better off shopping online or calling the customer support line. I came in to get more information on switching to Sprint, l left feeling like I might be better off just sticking with my current provider...

Have had great service here before but today was absolutely horrible. Today I walked in right when they opened and the girl working had to tell the man with tattoos (never gave me his name) to get up from behind the desk, put his drink away and greet me. I then explained I needed a new galaxy. He was not helpful at all and seemed annoyed to be serving me. He couldn't answer my questions about the differences between the galaxy s10s. He then tried to upsell me three additional products that I did not need. When I said I only wanted a case he was annoyed. The other worker a very nice and friendly girl got me a phone case and explained it was better quality than the one I originally picked. When the salesman went to ring me up he stated to her "you shot me in the foot there". She had no idea what he was talking about, I assume it is in reference to less commission from a less expensive phone case. Then when I tried to figure out what my bill totaled up would be he stated "i have never had anyone do that and I am not going to break it down for you". He also told me he couldn't help me set up my phone. Thankfully the young lady told me what to do. He was so rude to me and unprofessional that a man in the store came up to me to make sure I wasn't getting pressured into buying the products I clearly said I did not want. Will never go to this Sprint store again!

Tried to call and ask about a procedure with an upgrade because of a bad experience at another store and the manager said I was making a prank call and hung up on me. I explained I am a grown adult with children and with an attitude she said “man I don't care how many kids you have†and proceeded to hang up. I called again to ask for her name and the man also continued to hang up on me when I asked for her name! Worst customer service I've ever experienced!

I recently stopped in the store and dealt with Garvin it was a wonderful experience he was very informative one of the best experiences I've had at a sprint store. His manager brishonna was very Nice Interacting with not only myself but my children I walked out of there very satisfied

I would give this negative stars if I could.. the manager with dreads needs to go. I have worked customer service my entire life and to tell a customer (who is about to spend $500+ dollars) “I don't care†“that's how it is†“stop wasting my time†“get out of my storeâ€.. a 10 yr old child was with us on top of it. But then you look at these reviews and makes a lot of sense. THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. Save yourself the 1.5 hrs I just did and do not go there. How that guy has a job is hilarious.
