Got my vaccine here. The young man who helped me, Anthony, was very friendly and immediately greeted me and asked how my day was. He engaged in small talk and the experience was smooth. Will be returning.

The owner and staff really care about their customers; they know most by name. They are respectful and dedicated to making sure you are informed about your medication and the staff is always ready to answer any questions you may have. I feel that I am in good hands using Springfield Pharmacy.

Outstanding customer service and support. The staff recently went above and beyond getting COVID paperwork updated so that a family member could get on an international flight. They even followed up to make sure all was OK! It was a stressful situation but they gave me confidence.

This is our family’s go to place for PCR testing. Scheduling appointments online is easy. The fully gowned and masked technician comes to your car. Within an hour, you have your results—by phone and email.

Staff is very friendly and are always reliable, I got my Covid-19 boosters here and it took no time at all, the place is never busy! I only got my second Covid-19 booster here, and compared to the first store I went to, this place took no time at all.

I was told the price of my child vaccination out of pocket. But once they found out I had insurance and that they didn't cover my insurance the price went from 23 dollar to 165. What kind of is is this. So it doesn't matter what kind of insurance the only way I would pay the 23 would be if I had medical or no insurance it did not make but I had to do it so my child can go to school

I went to Springfield Pharmacy to get my Novavax vaccine, even though it was 90 minutes from my home. I had spoken to two other pharmacists nearer my home, but the scoffed at me when I requested this vaccine. I don't know the pharmacists name in Springfield, but she was calm, reassuring, and administered a painless injection. No sore arm. Want to say thank you so much!

Springfield Pharmacy is the pharmacy that works with Symphony Square, the well-known assisted living facility where my mother lives. The pharmacy provides excellent and timely service to the nursing staff. As a physician, I greatly appreciate the professionalism of the several pharmacists with whom I have interacted. I also need to publicly recognize Gina Imperato, who is a newer and welcome addition to the staff. She has worked very hard and successfully since her arrival to modernize the business office and its transactions. Great customer service. I’m always in and right out. They always have everything ready and waiting for me. It’s never crowded and you can get everything you need here, even the covid shot. There is are nurses and pharmacists on the premises. They give the covid shot to the children as well as the adults. I will be here for the rest of my life. I’m never changing pharmacies.

My first experience at Springfield Pharmacy and it was extremely positive. My initial interaction with Chichi via email was very responsive and kind. The clinical pharmacist, Vusi, who I spoke to by phone and saw in person was very professional, patient and kind. The atmosphere there is welcoming from all the staff. I appreciate all they did.
