“Wonderful customer service. I was in this location today and the lady that assisted me today was GREAT. I believe she is a " manager" there. She was the only one on the floor working. She was VERY kind and engaged in conversation while still checking me out. I was trying to see her name tag to see her name but was not able to. And I forgot to ask her ??♀️”
“Hello Google Family. I am so surprised that Google prompted me to write a review for DSW Warehouse. I thought I had already written a review for this place. I purchased a pair of summer shoes. They are black, and a 9 1/2. I used a coupon that DSW had sent me through the mail. My experience was good and I was in and out of there. I walked the rows of DSW and I saw some shoes on the clearance rack that I was interested in, but they didn't have my size. I saw my shoe sizes on the clearance rack, but I wasn't interested in those shoes. When it came time to check out, it was quick. I didn't wait long, as the young lady was up front, waiting to ring me up. She asked if I had found everything satisfactory. I said yes and continued with my transaction. The shoes that I purchased are a slingback with the heel out. Have a great day, Google Family.”

“For big and tall guys, this is a great place to go. There's tons of parking, They have an excellent selection, really friendly and helpful staff, and conveniently located. “They have friendly, helpful employees the store is clean and stocked for the most part. They tend to run out of my size quickly, (7) whether it's boys' or girls' shoes; the selection they do have is okay. I find a lot of the newer styles are limited, but this is just my opinion. All items are overpriced, especially clothing; you can find the same brands and style online for much cheaper.”

“Susan was amazing. She was very professional, excellent, courteous, and helpful. She has amazing customer service skills, she took the time to find my brother’s right shoe size. Red wing shoes only have my brother’s shoe size in 4 stores across the United States, because he has extra wide feet. She has them shipped to her store within less than a week. She’s very knowledgeable of the product. And for that I'm very grateful to have a wonderful experience and will continue to work with her.”
