I wish I could give a place zero stars actually, I wish I could give a place negative stars. I have a 2021 SRT grand Cherokee, which was stolen and recovered a drop my car off so it can be repaired and serviced at this dealership. My car set for 30 days with no work being attended to it. They have bad communication skills. They are not reliable, the manager was completely rude , racist, bias to his employees and ignorant.... I hope this place shut down honestly, always backed up... no customer service skills ... no decent courtesy for being a customer... no respect after complaining they told me to take car somewhere else after sitting for weeks and done nothing to it.... Worst experience I ever had please find new management

I have been leasing with Reedman Toll of Springfield since 2017. I was leery about returning my vehicle due to current vehicle rates. Sharif Mosley was awesome. He was highly knowledgeable and informative. The process was swift! I was very impressed with his customer service and will be recommending Reedman Toll of Springfield and Mr. Mosley to my friends and family! Gold Standard Service!!!!!!

Shariff Moseley was OUTSTANDING. He truly turned what would have been a stressful and nerve wracking day into one of ease. I cannot speak high enough praises. I purchased out my lease, originally planning to turn it in. He made the process smooth and understandable. He was clear regarding every aspect of the process. He was personable and professional. I called the service department over 7 times and no one picked up. This isn’t the first time this has happened, and for the person behind the desk to say they picked up every call they received Is like a slap in the face. I understand things get busy sometimes but that’s ridiculous. I work Monday-Saturday so I only have so much time to get my car serviced. I wish somebody picked up the phone to tell me I would have to be there 2-3 hours before closing just to get a simple oil change after driving 1 hour to get there. Also I don’t believe telling me I’ll be ok driving on 4% oil life is great advice. Shout out to the sales department they actually picked the phone up and tried to be helpful even though it isn’t their department I was inquiring about.

Took my van there for a starting issues and my wiper nozzles were not working. My van was handled with expert care and fast resolution. I am completely satisfied with the entire experience. Recommend and will continue us to use them for all my maintenance needs.

Tried 6 times to get a SAFETY RECALL done. They do not schedule appointments. Service is first come first served. No express service for items like mine, which according to the mechanic I spoke with, will take 10-15 minutes.No shuttle service to take me home to work and bring me back when they are done the service which if I waited was over 1.5 hours.Terrible customer service, considering that one of the reps recognized me from my previous attempts and made zero extra effort to assist.I will be taking all of my business to another dealer from now on.

Dropped off my jeep for a Monday at 12:30 appointment. (Dropped off Sunday evening). After hearing nothing from the service center I drove there and asked what was going on as it was 3pm. They said they wouldn’t get to it for a couple days?? Then why do you allow an appointment to be made? Also you had to run a diagnostic. Doesn’t take long. Didn’t hear anything till Thursday that week when they tell me they have no idea how to service my jeep wrangler 4Xe because they “don’t sell many” and would need a couple weeks. Had the car flat bedded to the purchasing dealership (400 miles away out of state) and they had it fixed in 90 minutes. A quick software update solved every issue and Reedman Toll couldn’t see that?? Unreal. I will not do any service or businesswith them at all and recommend anyone avoids them at all costs. Poorly run dealership all around and the service department is lazy and incompetent. Even the Jeep Wave program advisor I spoke with said they should have no issue fixing a model they sell. Unbelievable. They don’t even know about the cars they sell. No product knowledge. No service skills. No point in doing business there

The very nice man that checked my vehicle in, he was very friendly and funny. He asked me what services was I looking to have done and stated that I could wait in lobby area and within less than an hour, he handed me my key and said “you’re all done “. Great experience snd excellent service.

I recently purchased a new Jeep through this location, and from start to finish the entire team at Reedman Toll Jeep made my experience a great one. They have a good selection of Jeeps here and Tom my salesman was top notch. He had great knowledge of the vehicle and all features. The facility itself is clean and they did an excellent job with getting my car perfectly detailed to drive off the lot.

I would like to say I had a great experience purchasing my first vehicle with Reedman Toll. Tom Barrett was an excellent salesmen. He was helpful answered every question that I had walked me through the whole process explain everything very thoroughly. Tom didn’t treat me just like a customer. He was very friendly and welcoming. He was always available when I had a question ask he made the whole experience, very easy and pleasurable. I would definitely recommend him and the company to other people they are looking to purchase.

and I'm back...... 5th time with issues that remain the same and if I'm told they updated my radio 1 more time Ima scream!!! y'all had my car for 5 days with no loaner. AGAIN I'm over this. more electrical issues on a brand new 2020 Jeep Cherokee. my car broke down at a light now it's my starter. again brand new vehicle with only 17,000 to this day. DO NOT BUY YOUR CAR FROM THIS DEALERSHIP. the car will breakdown and if youll be screwed whether you have a warranty or not. I had no transprotation for 5 days. OH AND THEY DONT GIVE A CRAP ABOUT THE INCONVENIENCE......

The overall purchasing experience was great! My salesperson Tom was really transparent throughout the entire process. This was one of the reasons I drove 3 hours away to purchase my first jeep from Reedman Toll.With that said, I was only disappointed in the appearance of my vehicle. I was sold a brand new Jeep with tons of swirl marks and some minor surface scratches. In my opinion this was caused by poor car preparation. And although my overall experience was a good one, the dealership declined to reimburse me for having the vehicle professionally detailed as this was not part of their policy or never spoken about. They did want me to drive the 6 hour round trip so they could take a look at it but I decided not to put the excess wear and tear on my new Jeep. It’s unfortunate that dealerships do such a poor job in prepping a brand new car for their customers. Fair warming to those who purchase, just ask them not to touch the vehicle at all. And when you go in to take delivery make sure you go over every inch of the vehicle to make sure the paint is flawless. Especially if it’s a brand new car. I’ll make sure I take my own advice next time

My car salesman Justin had so much expertise about the market, and gave me multiple ways to go about getting me into a new car, due to unforeseen circumstances. While he was training someone the whole time he was still was very helpful, patient, knowledgeable and attentive to all of my needs and questions that I had. 10/10 would highly recommend him in assisting you in getting you into a new car!

I asked their service department in person if there were any open recalls for my vehicle, they checked and said yes. They scheduled me for the next day. I get there, leave my car and go for a walk while I'm waiting for my vehicle. 15 minutes after dropping it off, I get a call telling me that there is an open recall, but there is no solution to it yet. Hence, they can not do anything about it yet. Why didn't they check this in advance before making me drive 30 min there, 30 min back and making me wait?!?! When I explained the inconvenience they created, I only received an apology. Not even a cupon for an oil change, car wash or anything to make me feel better about the fact that they wasted over an hour of my time for nothing.Updating my review, now they performed the recall and to my surprise I asked for an oil change OR car wash for the inconvenience. They gave me both. Instead of a regular car wash, they detailed it. This is going above and beyond to make it right. Thank you!
