Susan was amazing. She was very professional, excellent, courteous, and helpful. She has amazing customer service skills, she took the time to find my brother’s right shoe size. Red wing shoes only have my brother’s shoe size in 4 stores across the United States, because he has extra wide feet. She has them shipped to her store within less than a week. She’s very knowledgeable of the product. And for that I'm very grateful to have a wonderful experience and will continue to work with her.

I am new to redwing boots. I went to the store in Springfield, Pennsylvania, Delaware County and when I walked in, there was four customers ahead of me. The very very very nice lady and I believe her name is Sue said she was very sorry that she is backed up she was the only one there someone called out sick. We said no problem. she was very apologetic and amazingly very nice as everyone else was in the store. As my turn came up she apologized again for the wait and I said absolutely no problem at all I understand. She is an amazing associate to have in your company she also fitted my feet to a certain boot that I liked, and I have never been happier with , a pair of boots than I am with these red wings. I am very happy and I will be a repeating customer. And again, as I said, before, I believe her name is Sue,

It hurt pretty bad. Once the hard spots around the ankle softened they decent. Hope the can last a year because they have a leather toe hopefully they wear good

Full service here. Been in the place a few times and encountered different people behind the register and every time they were over the top helpful. I didn't know a ton about Red Wings going in except I loved the 875s. They have me for life now

So the employees at redwing were extremely helpful and understanding with my boot issues and were able to do a boot exchange 2 times the first time was due to the boot cut being uncomfortable and the second boot swap was 2 days later due to the boots saying they’re water proof and I worked outside in my profession for the twos days that I owned the boots and a small hole started forming on the left toe of my boots literally after what 16 hours of working outside in snow flurry’s my $280 boots were splitting open already and highly frustrating! I went into the store I bought them from and the employees there at first tried getting me to use a tough toe solution on my 2 day old boots I said no due to the fact that I wasn’t going to put the tough toe on a two day old boot, they said the other options would be to swap the boot for a replacement and that’s the route I took, the boots are extremely comfortable and beautiful looking boots it’s just so sad that they damage so easily

Great Customer Care… I was put on the Volumental machine to measure my foot and determine what would be the best boot recommendation. We decided on a boot. It fit well got a few pairs of socks to accommodate my new boots. Excellent experience

Jonathan, store manager, is spectacular in his care and attention to detail to get you the perfect pair of shoes. There is parking and the rest of the staff is friendly. Highly recommend this brand and this store and the management.
